as dust suppression measures of coal conveying system,Spray facilities that can cover the whole coal piling area shall be set on the coal storage yard to prevent coal dust flying.Dust remover shall be set at each material blanking point of each transfer station,coal breaker room and coal bunker bay.,Air lock shall be installed at various coal shoots with big head,and air lock air lock shall be network.,燃料系统培训,(二)输煤运行岗位与集控的相关性介绍,值长在生产现场值班,有权直接调度与生产有关的部门及人员,任何部门和个人不得无故拖延或拒绝执行值长的调度命令。对无故拖延或拒绝执行调度命令而造成的后果,由受令人全部负责。,(II)Relevency of coal conveying operating post and central control,Shift foreman on duty on the production site has right to directly dispatch department and personnel in relation to production,and any department and personnel shall not unseasonably delay or refuse to execute the dispatching command of the shift foremen.For consequences caused by unseasonable delay or refusal of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the people receiving the command.,燃料系统培训,输煤班长(或主值)在调度上必须服从值长的统一管理,接到值长的命令后必须全文复诵,核实无误后迅速正确地执行,执行完毕后立即向值长汇报。对值长命令有疑问,可向值长申明理由,如果值长坚持命令,必须立即执行,出现问题由发令人负责;值长命令有明显错误(如对人身及设备构成严重威胁时),受令人可越级向有关领导汇报并向值长申明理由拒绝执行,如果明知命令错误既不申明理由,也不越级汇报、请示,仍照错误命令执行,执行错误命令者与发令人负同等责任。,Coal conveying leader(or shift foremen)shall obey the unified management of the shift foremen,and must read back the full text upon receiving the command and conduct rapid and correct execution after it is confirmed right.If there is any question to the command of the shift foremen,the leader can state reasons,and if the shift foremen insists on the command,the leader must give immediate execution,and problems caused hereto shall be borne by the commander;if there there is obvious incorrect in the command of the shift foremen(for instance,the command will cause serious threat to human and equipment),the people receiving the command can give skip-level report to relevant leaders and can refuse to execute by stating reasons to the shift foremen,while if people receiving the command knows that the command is wrong but does not state the reasons and neither give skip-level report and ask for instructions and execute the wrong command,then the people executing the wrong command will bear
