GSTrap™ FF Columns - Easy Scale-up Purification
Technical Information

GSTrap™ FF columns are 1-ml and 5-ml HiTrap™ columns prepacked with Glutathione Sepharose™ 4 Fast FlowGSTrap™ FF columns are used for the purification of GST-tagged proteins from bacterial lysates and other glutathione S-tranferases or glutathione-dependent proteins. Mild elution conditions preserve protein antigenicity and function. Binding of GST to glutathione is flow-rate dependent and lower flow rates often
increase the binding capacity. This is important to consider, especially during
sample loading and elution.
