3. Treatment procedures
3.1 The cleaning before washing bottles
3.11 The cleaning of bottle washing machines
Open the compressed air valve. Turn on the general power of the washing machine. Turn number 3 on the control panel to the right to raise its shield (See the following picture).
3.1.1.1 Check whether there are Penicillin bottles, broken bottles and glass debris of last batch remaining in the washing machine. If there are some remains, clean them. First, dip in water for injection with clean cloth, and wipe the area where Penicillin bottles touches the washing machine directly (Such as the turntable of the coming-in bottles, the track of the coming-in bottle, the track of the going-out bottles, the bottle gripping module, etc). Wipe at least three times until there are no visible debris.
3.1.1.2 Next, dip in water for injection with clean cloth, and wipe the surface of washing machine internal components and the inside of its shield at least three times until there are no visible debris.
3.1.1.3 Then, dip in water for injection with clean cloth, and wipe the outside surface of washing machine including the outside of its shield, its external pipelines at least three times until there are no visible debris.
3.1.1.4 Wipe the touch screen and control panel gently with a clean cloth dipped in water for injection.
3.1.2 The cleaning of circulatory water tanks
3.1.2.1 Remove the lid of the circulatory water tank. Then check whether there is water remaining. If so, empty the water inside.
3.1.2.2 Wipe the surface of the tank, including its drainage wedge, with a clean cloth dipped in water for injection at least three times until there are no visible impurities.
3.1.2.3 Then put away the wedge, put on the lid, and wipe the outside surface of the tank at least three times.
3.2 The cleaning after washing bottles
3.2.1 The cleaning of bottle washing machines
Please make sure that the shield of the bottle washing machine has been raised to the specified location.
3.2.1.1 Clean up the remaining Penicillin bottles, broken bottles and glass debris after production. First, use a clean cloth soaked in 65% ethanol solution to wipe the area where Penicillin bottles touches the washing machine directly (Such as the turntable of the coming-in bottles, the track of the coming-in bottle, the track of the going-out bottles, the bottle gripping module, etc). Wipe at least three times until there are no visible impurities.
3.2.1.2 Next, use a clean cloth soaked in 65% ethanol solution to wipe the surface of washing machine internal components at least three times.
3.2.1.3 Then, dip in water for injection with clean cloth, and wipe the inside and outside of its shield, and its external pipelines at least three times.
3.2.2 The cleaning of circulatory water tanks
3.2.2.1 Remove the lid of the circulatory water tank. Then pull out the wedge in order to empty the water inside.
3.2.2.2 Wipe the surface of the tank, including its drainage wedge switch, with a clean cloth dipped in water for injection at least three times until there are no visible impurities.
3.2.2.3 Then put the wedge switch in its place, put on the lid, and wipe the outside surface of the circulatory water tank at least three times.
3.2.3 Turn number 3 on the control panel to the left to lower its shield to the end. Turn off the general power switch and close the compressed air valve.
3.2.3 Complete the records of devices’ cleaning and sterilization. ( See E1011F02XX)
4. Notes
