分层作业设计

评价最为直接的方式就是设计作业或练习。因为学生的发展不平衡，设计分层作业要求尤为必要。维果茨基的“最近发展区”理论认为：每个学生都存在着两种发展水平，一是现有水平，二是潜在水平，它们之间的区域被称为“最近发展区”。教学只有从这两种水平的个体差异出发，把最近发展区转化为现有发展水平，并不断创造出更高水平的最近发展区，才能促进学生的发展。基于上述理论，教师每天布置的作业，都应尽可能考虑不同学生的知识基础、思维能力、兴趣爱好，有针对性地设计不同层次、不同类型和不同水平的题目。学习困难的学生做基本题，达到教学的基本要求；学习能力较强的学生做变式题和综合运用知识的题目；学有余力的学生选做提高性质的综合性更强的题目。分层作业，最大限度地保护了学生的自尊心，激发他们的上进心，更有利于促进不同水平的学生上得到不同的发展。
作业的样式有多种。按时间分，有预习作业、课后作业；按内容分，有书面作业、口头作业、实践活动作业、阅读作业等。根据学生不同的语言能力水平，教师可以设计模仿练习、变式练习、发展练习，并指导学生根据自己的实际情况自由选择需要的作业内容和形式。

【基础题设计说明】考查学生对语言基础知识如词汇、短语、课文内容的熟悉运用程度。保证只要课上认真参与并及时做些巩固的学生都能成功做出。

这样的作业设计，既针对了学生的实际，有利于发挥学生的主体精神。 在作业分层设计的实践过程中，我们感到，分层作业就是把过去同样内容、同样标准、同样模式、同样分量的作业改为类似“☆级、☆☆级、☆☆☆级”或“A、B、C”这样体现三种难度的作业。引导学生根据自己的实际水平选择不同层次的作业，得到不同的发展。
