Payment is made at the end of each quarter/year for the service fees of the previous quarter/year.Clause 3 Default Liability3.1 If either party violates the specific terms of the contract, the other party has the right to demand that the defaulting party assume corresponding default liability.3.2 The defaulting party shall bear all economic losses caused thereby and pay the corresponding liquidated damages according to the contract.3.3 If one partys default causes losses to the other party, the defaulting party shall promptly compensate for them.3.4 If both parties default, they shall resolve the matter through friendly consultation.
