Understand the dialogue about how to tidy up our bedrooms; 3. Get to some nominal possessive pronouns. 教学重难点Importance and Difficulties 1. Words: tidy, mess, sock, cap, umbrella, crayon, yours, theirs, mine, hers, 2. Sentences: Are they yours? No, they aren’t. Whose socks are these? They are mine. 教学准备Teaching preparation PPT, CD, videos Review and introduction 复习和导入( 5 minutes分钟) Step1 Greeting Good morning/ afternoon, boys and girls. How are you today? Step2 Free-talk What’s in our classroom? Explain and activities(Read, think,discuss in groups and share) 讲解和活动(阅读、思考、分组讨论和分享)( 18 minutes分钟) Step1 Lead-in 1) What’s in your bedroom? 2) Teach the new words E.g., sock, cap, umbrella, crayon Step2 Look at the pictures, think and talk 1) What can you see in this bedroom? 2) Is this room tidy or mess? Step3 Discuss: How can we keep our bedroom tidy? 1) Clean it by your mother or aunts 2) Clean and tidy up by yourself. Step4 Sing a song together. “Whose box is this?” Step5 Show the pictures and talk about the pictures. Whose socks are these? They are _______’s. Step6 Listen to the tape and answer the questions. Q1: Whose bedroom is it? Q2: Whose socks are those? Exercises 练习( 15 minutes分钟) Step1 Listen to the tape and repeat. Step2 Practice and act out the dialogue. Step3 Make a new dialogue. Step4 Activity Book, P2, Listen and tick Board writing 板书 Unit1 Tidy up tidy, mess, sock, cap, umbrella, crayon, yours=your +noun theirs=their+ noun mine=my+ noun hers=her+ noun Are they yours? No, they aren’t. Whose socks are these? They are mine. Homework and /or extension activity作业或扩展( 3 minutes分钟) 1. Listen and repeat P2 for more than three times; 2. Copy the new words in the Word list P88, Unit1; 3. Preview the story in P4-5.
