Step 1 Lead-in
1 Revise the animals by asking questions:
T: What animals do you know?
S: Dogs, cats…
2 Teach the new words

Step2 Presentation
1 Ask the Ss to look at the pictures in 1a and match the words with the animals in the pictrurs.
2 Ask the Ss what their favorite animals are and guide them to tell the reasons.
