一、当甲方为主导时，增加的多项条款及说明
5. 剧本版权转让：Upon the written agreement of both parties,甲方 may request the transfer of the script copyright to a third party. The乙方 will sign any necessary documents to effectuate the transfer and will be end to receive a royalty payment equal to 10% of the net proceeds from the sale of the script copyright.
6. 优先权：If甲方 decides to develop a television series or film based on the script, it will have the exclusive right to do so for a period of two years from the date of the agreement. The乙方 will not be able to sell or license the script to any other party during this period.
二、当乙方为主导时，增加的多项条款及说明
1. 剧本交付期限延长：If乙方 encounters unforeseen circumstances that prevent it from delivering the script on time, it must provide the甲方 with a written notice at least 30 days before the original deadline. The parties will negotiate a new delivery date and may agree to extend the contract accordingly.
2. 剧本质量保证：The乙方 guarantees that the script will meet the quality standards set forth in the contract. If the甲方 finds the script to be below the agreedupon quality standards, it has the right to request revisions until the script meets the required quality.
4. 剧本改编权：The乙方 reserves the right to adapt the script into other formats, such as a novel or a graphic novel, provided that the甲方's rights to the script are not infringed upon. Any such adaptation must be mutually agreed upon both parties.
5. 稿酬支付方式变更：If乙方 requests a change in the payment method for the script, it must provide the甲方 with a written notice at least 30 days before the next scheduled payment. The parties will negotiate a new payment method that is mutually agreeable.
6. 剧本版权保护：The乙方 will take all necessary steps to protect the script's copyright and will not allow the script to be used without the甲方's permission for a period of five years from the date of the agreement.
三、当有第三方中介时，增加的多项条款及说明
1. 第三方中介职责：The thirdparty intermediary is responsible for facilitating the contract negotiation process between the甲方 and the乙方, and ensuring that all terms and conditions of the agreement are met both parties.
3. 争议调解：In the event of a dispute between the甲方 and the乙方, the thirdparty intermediary will attempt to mediate the dispute and reach a mutually acceptable resolution within 30 days of receiving notice from either party.
4. 合同修改：Any amendments to this contract must be agreed upon the甲方, the乙方, and the thirdparty intermediary in writing. The amended terms will be effective upon the execution of the written amendment all parties.

三、法律名词及解释：
1. 违约行为：违反合同约定的行为。

3. 编剧署名权：编剧在作品上表明其作者身份的权利。

3. 如遇不可抗力导致无法按时交付剧本，应及时与甲方沟通，并尽可能提供进度更新。
4. 甲方未按约定时间支付稿酬，乙方可以与甲方进行协商，要求及时支付。
5. 乙方未按约定时间交付剧本，甲方可以要求乙方立即交付，并有权要求违约金。
五、所有应用场景：
1. 甲方为电视剧制作方，乙方为独立编剧。
2. 甲方委托乙方创作一部电视剧剧本。
3. 乙方按照甲方要求完成剧本创作，并按照约定时间交付。
