洲，那里的经济比较好；比之欧美，那里的竞争和起点都不高，市场也很大。同时，中国的市场也被许多 西班牙语国家所看重，但这些地方英语普及率不高，他们的企业在进入中国的时候，语言成了首先要解决 的问题之一，精通西班牙语的人才甚为抢手。处在这样经济与贸易的发展期，国内的西语人才却相当缺乏，每年从大专院校毕业的百来人远远不能 满足市场的需要。据记者了解，很多大公司在制定国际拓展战略的时候，往往都要先提前两年送人到专业 的外语院校去培训，这种语言被需求拖着走的状况远远满足不了国际市场的需求。企业一才难求记者在采访中得知，由于西语人才稀缺，一些企业只好放低招聘要求。中国中信集团公司招聘负责商 务谈判的西班牙语翻译，打出了“应届毕业生也可”的条件。据业内人士透露，与同等学历的英语类人才 相比，小语种人才由于供不应求，薪情更高一等，月薪一般都在60008000元，高则上万。在采访中接触到的西班牙语学员中，有不少都是因为工作需要而来学习的。刘小姐是一家西班牙公司 驻上海代表处的工作人员，她说：“工作中经常要和西班牙方面的同事接触，不懂他们的语言感觉很不方 便，也影响工作效率。”单先生从事国际海运方面的工作，与拉美国家有很多接触，他说：“因为西语国 家的人英语水平普遍不高，交流上觉得很有障碍，所以好好学一下西班牙语，也是为了在工作上有更大的 发展。”一位人力资源专家说，随着中国与西语国家之间经济贸易往来的不断扩大，你会西班牙语，那职场竞 争力将翻倍。打一个形象的比方，在英语同样好的条件下，如果有100个人竞争同一个岗位，懂日语的可 能有50人，而西班牙语则几乎没有人与你竞争。学校瞄紧市场育人才教育部高校外语专业教学指导委员会西班牙语组组长、上海外国语大学西语系主任陆经生先生告诉记 者，上世纪80年代初，西班牙语在我国是最低潮期，当时上外只有一个班，8个人；80年代中期，学生开 始增多，两年招一个小班，每班十几个人；最近5T0年，西班牙语发展起来，招生人数不断增加，上外每 年本科生招两个班，共四五十人，研究生每年招十几个人。“今年，我们开始招西语博士生，已经录取3 人。”从全国来看，今年二年级西语专业在读学生共有500多人，一年级在读生共有600多人，选择该专业 的学生逐年增多。陆经生表示：“但是，我们也不会盲目扩大招生人数，要瞄紧市场需求。”就业学生挑选单位从上外西语系来看，80%毕业生进入企业，如西班牙、拉美国家独资或合资企业以及国内的企业。陆经 生介绍：“很多国内的企业早早就到学校来做宣传了，最早的上一年11月就来要人了。今年毕业班20多 人早就被抢光了，真的是学生在挑选工作。另外20%毕业生中，一部分进入政府部门，如外交部、商务部，以及中央电视台、国际广播电台等；一部分读研究生；还有少数人出国。”虽然，西语人才总体缺乏，但也存在着饥饱不平衡的现象。陆经生对记者说：“天津的西语专业大学 生本地消化不了，这些学生就往京、沪等地工作；而江浙一带的企业，尤其是民企却要不到人。”收入薪情不错陆经生介绍，目前西语专业毕业生的薪酬也不错。“据了解，西语专业大学生毕业后在一些西语国家 驻沪总领馆及这些国家的企业驻沪办事处，月薪是税后5000元左右；进入一般公司的起薪四五千元；留在 上外当老师，名义工资1000多元，但加上上课或兼职，收入也很可观；进入外交部、商务部等政府部门名 义工资可能不高，但福利很不错。”上外西语系毕业生Z小姐现在一家西班牙企业从事商务工作。她说：“从大范围看，学西班牙语的人 少，很有前景，但是在一定范围内用人企业也不多，选择面也不是很多。我9年前毕业，当时西语企业不 多，我就去了欧美企业；后来觉得放弃西语很可惜，便在2003年来到现在这家企业。”稀缺人才是否面临转行的难处？Z小姐认为：“有的毕业生价格开得太高，公司却不会给这么高，就 出现尴尬了。一般西语企业招行政秘书或助理，月薪在四五千，而有的毕业生没有任何经验就开七八千或 更高。所以，稀缺人才也要调整好心态。”西班牙的风俗习惯大锅饭1987年，在西班牙两次打破吉尼斯的肉菜饭（类似中国的八宝饭）的大锅饭纪录。原纪录是做一
