EHSEngineer岗位职责
Development and Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Consult Internal Business Partners on requirements
• Create concepts and Deliver cost estimation
• Active contribution to make-or-buy decisions - consider internal know-how and capacity and give recommendation for using external consultants
• Planning, coordination, technical control and consultancy during development of applications
• Steering of development / Executing Development
• Perform quality assurance / testing (own or external developments)
• Deliver Early Consulting
• Ensure smooth transition of Changes and Projects into ongoing mode
• Ensure ongoing operation for the area of responsibility according SLAs
• Contribute actively in optimization of delivery model (e.g. automatization, housekeeping, preventive maintenance)
• Assume project manager role when required
• Collaborate with internal business partners (Operating Divisions and Functions)
• Contact for BI Reporting in the region / on site
• Initial consulting for regional projects / change requests according to the BI Strategy
• Increase awareness / promote BI Reporting (with the relevant community) in partnership with Information System (IS) Business Relationship Management and Application Owners
• Advise the right usage of reporting tools based on the defined standards from Enterprise Architecture
Key Requirements:
• University graduate, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Consulting and/or SAP Consulting and/or Process Expertise. Experience with the B2R (Book to Report) Process is an advantage. Preference given to those with SAP BW and/or HANA experience, with other comparable BI tools and frontend / self-service tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx etc.
• Knowledge of business processes and applications, IT skills, Quality Management, Human relations and communications skills are important to: Develop and establish cooperation and rapport with users at working levels and of different nationalities
• Work closely integrated in the international team despite being remote with the other members of the global teams Key Responsibilities:
