Our business unit HRS Hotel Solutions takes care of the procurement of the HRS Group. This means, our sales colleagues engage with our hotel partners in order to support them maximizing their distribution success. But also acquiring and bundling the best accommodations and conditions for our business and leisure customers is their passion.
We are looking for a Guangzhou/Hong Kong/Shanghai based Hotel Sales Manager China (m/f/d) to act as an ambassador on behalf of HRS in the managed sales area.
The challenge you are up for
•Responsible for acquiring new hotel partners in managed sales area according to HRS standards and priority, especially corporate demanding hotels, white spots, new opened or hot destinations hotels in different categories for both leisure and business purpose
•Negotiate rebates, corporate discounts, Hot Deals, EP agreements and allotments within the FS/FSC hotel partner portfolio, and acquire online meetings and groups hotel partners
•Supervise hotel partners regarding hotel contents quality, i.e. hotel description, number of displayed photos, etc.
•Participate in local and international trade shows and events
•Pro-actively convince hotels to participate in HRS promotions, e.g., banner, marketing campaigns
•Provide monthly business review presentations to the team leader and department head on achievements and next month’s working plan
•Assist FIT Quality Manager and hotel partner in case of any no-go, customer complaints and help the accounting department to co-ordinate with hotel partners in case of outstanding commission collection
The commitment you bring
•Bachelor degree or above
•Several years working experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry
•Strong knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services (incl. marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques)
•Good knowledge of distribution channels used within the hotel and travel industry and good understanding of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service
•A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, both spoken and written

We are looking for a Shanghai based Inside Sales Manager China (m/f/d) to proactively support our partner hotels in satisfying our customers' needs and to acquire new partner hotels.
Your Challenges
Provide proper guidance to hotel partners and local hotel chains regarding hotel content quality and conduct consultancy and support for hotel partners on HRS systems and applications
Assist hotel partners and hotel sales managers to ensure the rate and availability competitiveness
Identify and acquire new hotel partners in the managed sales area
Obtain exclusive price agreements, rebates, corporate discounts, and allotments within the hotel partner portfolio
Cooperate closely with the Director of Hotel Solutions by analyzing price and availability with regards to non-compliant hotel partners using the HRS market watch tool
Be an expert of your specific area of responsibility
Your Commitments
Proactive sales background or hotel distribution background
Sound knowledge of distribution channels of the hotel and B2B travel industry desirable
Ability to initiate positive contact, to act convincingly (e.g., in negotiations), to motivate as well as to identify and resolve conflicts
Good communication skills and professional behavior
Clear strengths in influencing and motivating individuals and teams to reach goals and exceed targets and in developing individual team members as well as the team as a whole
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
