一、指导思想
按照佳市教育工会和教育局2007年工作要点的要求，根据学校工作计划的总体部署,以邓小平理论和“三个代表"重要思想为指导，全面落实科学发展观，坚持服务大局,突出维权，继续贯彻落实《中华人民共和国工会法》,继续开展“敬业爱生铸师魂”活动，加强“教工之家”建设，围绕我校教育改革发展的大局，全面推进民主政治建设，狠抓教师队伍和工会干部队伍建设，开好九届二次教代会，团结和动员全体教职员工在新一轮课改中找准位置，突出特色,为构建学习型学校,创建和谐校园,为创办“高质量，有特色，严管理，现代化,国内有一定影响,国际有广泛交流的中华名校”做出巨大的贡献.
二、工作目标
1、召开佳一中九届二次教代会。
2、高质量地做好《佳木斯一中2007－2009年三年改革与发展的行动纲要》的开局年的工会工作。
3、保持“省教育系统民主管理先进集体”和“省师德标兵单位”光荣称号,再创“省五一劳动奖状"的称号.
三、具体内容
（一）认真贯彻两级工会及学校年度工作计划要点精神，围绕学校中心工作，以提高教师素质为重点，努力推进教师队伍建设进程。
1、把师德建设放在教师队伍建设的首位，深入学习贯彻胡锦涛总书记“回信”精神,弘扬新时期人民教师的高尚师德，认真落实教师“五有”师德细则，健全教师职业道德规范和考核管理制度，以热爱事业、热爱一中、热爱学生的思想为指导,继续开展“敬业爱生铸师魂”系列活动。带动全体教职工深入学习《中小学教师道德规范》，贯彻执行《佳一中教师职业道德双十条》，认真贯彻落实“佳一中教师职业道德五有二十条100个操作点"。并开展自查自评活动，倡导师德育人的功能。树立典型，宣传先进，每学期期末进行一次师德测评，用量化的方式检测师德教育的效果。领导与教师签定制止“三乱"承诺责任状。加大对于严重违反师德规定人员的处罚力度。
2、进一步开展树师表形象，创文明校风活动,大力倡导“学高为师，身正为范”的风尚,大力培养、挖掘、推广教师中的先进典型。在保持“省教育系统民主管理先进集体”和“省师德标兵单位”光荣称号，再创“省五一劳动奖状"的称号，为积极创办“高质量，有特色,严管理,现代化,国内有一定影响，国际有广泛交流的中华名校”做出贡献。
3、继续开展以“青年教师研究生院"为载体的青年教师培养活动。面向新一轮高中课程改革,以提高教师综合素质和教育教学能力为重点，以促进教师专业发展和为教育改革发展服务为目标，加大青年教师研究生院对青年教师的培养力度。对青年教师在政治上关心，工作上重用,发挥老教师的“传帮带”作用，引导青年教师不断成长，并积极宣传在青年教师中涌现出来的爱岗敬业、教书育人、为人师表等先进事迹.强化研究生院管理，通过并深入实施《青年教师培养方案》。
4、配合我校课改年全员培训年，开展岗位练兵和业务竞赛活动。全体教师以外出学习与校内培训相结合的方式,注重校本研究和培训，工会在本年度,全力配合教学部门完成100学时的课改学习任务并通过学校考核，以提高全体教师的业务素质.
（二）以开展教代会评估工作为重点，实施校务公开方案，推进民主建设的进程.
5、深入贯彻依靠教师办学的方针，充分发挥校务分开监督领导小组的职能作用,每叁个月召开一次监督领导小组会议,组织一次校务公开检查，并向广大教职工通报情况。
6、深入贯彻学习《教育法》、《教师法》、《妇女权益保障法》等相关法律法规，加大学校民主管理力度，健全各项规章制度,坚持“四项制度”,即党政工联席会议制度、工会主席参加党政的重要会议制度，工会主席参加校务委员会制度、民主协商制度。
7、深入开展九届二次教代会期间的民主评议干部工作，成立教代会民主评议领导干部工作领导小组。做好教代会代表的选举和培训工作，努力提高代表的参政议政、民主决策、民主管理水平。深入开展教代会闭会期间的教代会决议贯彻和提案落实工作，树立服务意识，提高服务水平.
（三）以人为本，服务师生,努力建设高雅和谐的校园文化。
全面推进校园文化建设,建设一流的、自然、人文、科技景观相协调的、现代化的花园式学校;以学生为主体，配合各处室，建设优良的校风、教风、学风，开展丰富多彩的、积极向上的校园文化活动；进一步优化师生关系，向师生关系要质量。
（四)大力维护教职工权益,把送温暖工程落到实处.
8、加大对维护教职工权益的宣传力度，关注教职工关心的热点问题，结合学校的“爱心工程”教育，激发并带领广大职工投入到帮困解难的活动之中。
9、认真贯彻《中国妇女发展纲要》，加强女工委员会的工作，维护女职工切身利益，关心女职工疾苦，定期为女职工进行身体检查，预防疾病发生。“三·八”妇女节期间评选“巾帼标兵”和“五好文明家庭",充分调动女职工的积极性，做好本职工作。
10、以九届二次教代会提案处理为契机,解决教职工关心的问题,为教职工学习、工作和生活创造良好条件，为三校区开通通勤车。狠抓文明办公室建设，定期评比，学期末总结，表彰先进，优化办公环境。
11、深入开展凝聚工程，以各种节日为契机，经常开展文体活动，活跃教职工生活，调动全员积极性和加强全员的凝聚力.积极参加市总工会、教育局工会组织的文休比赛，争取成绩,重在参与。
（五)加强工会自身建设，推进工会工作的改革与发展进程
12、加强工会组织建设,健全有关规章制度,使工会工作规范化,为干部自身发展搭设平台。
13、努力通过各种形式提高工会专兼职干部的政策理论水平和业务水平,开好工会委员民主生活会，依法保护工会干部的合法权益。培育节约文化,养成节约型的消费方式，不断深化节约型校园建设；
14、加强教工之家的建设，积极投入，规范化建设，力求办成职工感到温暖快乐的大家庭.
15、加强档案管理，建设文本、电子、照片档案,提高档案管理水平。
16、积极订阅工会报刊,每期的中国教工等刊物，分发给校领导和工会委员们学习，以便更好地开展好工会工作。
