presentation skill
3.Working Experience
a. At least two years MPS/PC&L management experiences which under pressure.
b. Automobile marketing knowledge & experience is preferred.

职位目的
依据供应计划的补货周计划，安排每日每班次的生产计划。制定合理的生产顺序，实现保证供应和优化生产效率。跟进生产计划的完成状况，及时依据客户需求和生产进度调整生产计划。
主要工作职责
•生产计划制定
1.充分合计设备产能，安排经济合理的生产批量
2.与各利益相关方关于生产计划安排达成一致
3.跟进生产计划完成进度
4.参加每日运作早会，回忆前日的生产状况和当日的重点跟进事项
5.积极支持/协助关键利益相关方的工作，以及计划团队的其他工作
•业绩管理
1.理解生产计划准时完成率的含义，维护正确的生产订单日期并及时更新
2.提供负责区域的销售订单准时足数交付率和生产订单准时完成率的失败原因分析
3.及时创建及定期维护生产计划相关的SAP系统数据参数
4.定期收集和管理影响运作的各项活动，合理安排生产计划

Assistant of Production
Task
-Interface between Germany and China for technical questions
-Goods receive and dispatch. delivery note creation
-Daily production data recording and report updating
-SAP responsibility: stock in and stock out.
-Incoming goods quality report recreation
-Classification of materials for standard parts
-Control of the production planning
-Capacity planning of own and purchase parts, monthly stock checking
-Consideration of customer standards
-Support at work plans
-Coordinator of shop floor leader to ensure good communication and understanding of workflow both within Germany and China.
Requirements
-Technical university degree (mechanical engineering)
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of materials
-Team player
-Excellent MS Office knowledge
-Excellent written and oral communication skills both in German
-Basic English for daily communication is preferred.
- 3-5 years machinery industry/plant working experience
- Good communication skills and good sense of logical thinking，can do attitude.
