7.All disputes arising from the execution of , or in connection with, this contract shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation.

In the event that the shipment should not be made within the time stated in the Contract, the Buyer may make the purchase elsewhere and charge the Seller for any loss incurred, unless the delay in shipment is due to unforeseeable causes beyond one’s control, for which the Seller is not responsible

² All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through negotiations.
