Numerical Scoring Procedure – Observe 300 birds against each of the following criteria, preferably from different groups. All scores are on a per bird basis. 记分程序：每一项目检查300只，最好来自不同群体，以每只为记分基础。

1. Bruised Thighs and Drums – Percentage bruised thighs and drums. Assess birds after scalding and feather removal. Only count bruises which are greater than 30mm in diameter or combined in 1 bird at the thigh or drums.
淤血鸡腿--淤血鸡腿的百分率。 在热烫和去毛后评估。 计算直径大于30毫米的淤血或者1只鸡的大腿或小腿上总的淤血面积。

2. Red Birds – Percentage of uncut red birds. Assess birds directly after scalding and feather removal. A bird will appear red if it enters the scalder without being sufficiently drained of blood, which indicates that the bird was ineffectively cut and may have been live at that time.红鸡--没有效刺杀的红鸡的百分率。在热烫和打毛后评估。如果鸡只没有充分放血进入热烫，鸡胴体呈现红色，表明鸡只未有效刺杀，可能在进入热烫槽时还是活的。

3. Broken Legs – Percentage of birds with broken leg. Assess birds after feather removal or before stunning. A broken leg is evident by the presence of a significant haematoma at the point of breakage. 断腿--鸡只断腿的百分率，在击晕前或脱毛后评估。断腿最明显的特征是在断裂处有明显的血肿。

4. Bleed Machine Efficacy – Percentage of birds that are cut correctly. Assess the bleed machine only.

5. Stunning Efficacy – Percentage of birds that are stunned correctly. Assess birds directly after submersion. Although the birds may be vibrating somewhat, the head must be limp and floppy. Eyes may be open or closed, with no signs of blinking. 电击效率--鸡只电击准确的百分率。直接在浸没水中以后评估。尽管鸡只可能会有所颤动，但其头部一定是柔软的，眼睛可以睁开或闭上，但没有闪动的迹象。

6. Broken Wings – percentage of birds with broken wings. Assess birds before stunning. A broken wing is evident by the way it flops down loosely while the bird is shackled. If uncertain, gently bring the wing back-up to the normal position and see if it flops back down again. 断翅--鸡只断翅的百分率。 在击晕前评估。断翅的明显特征是当鸡挂上挂钩时，断翅会松开下垂（不能收紧），如果不能确认，轻轻将鸡从挂钩取下放回正常位置，然后观察翅膀是否会再次松落下来。

7. Single Leg Shackling – Percentage of birds shackled by one leg. Assess birds before stunning (if the bird becomes dislodged after stunning its already insensible and will not be experiencing pain). 单腿挂鸡- 鸡只单腿挂鸡的百分率，在击晕前评估（如果鸡只在击晕后取下挂钩，因已经没有知觉，不会有疼痛）。

Additional Audit Criteria – Make an assessment of each of the following items during inspection of the facility, providing a YES/ NO response for each. A brief comment should also be noted for any failures.
增加考评项目--在检查工厂设施时对下列每项进行评估，并用yes/no来回答。任何失败之处都应在评论栏说明。
a. Did any live birds get passed the back-up bleeder person? YES/NO 是否有活鸡经过放血人员而未处理？
b. Is there enough space for the back-up bleeder to identify birds which have not been effectively bled? YES/NO

c. Are live birds removed from shackles during extended breaks? YES/NO 停机时活鸡是否从挂钩取下？

e. Are there any sharp edges/ protrusions or pinch points throughout the process (from transport to slaughter) which might harm or injure live birds? YES/NO 从运输到屠宰过程中是否有尖锐棱角、凸起等会伤害到鸡只？
f. Were any birds mistreated in a manner such as being thrown or trodden on? YES/NO
是否有鸡只人工处理不当？如将鸡摔下或用脚踩？
g. Were any birds injured by crate handling equipment? YES/NO 是否有鸡只受到鸡笼处理设备的伤害？
h. Are there any live birds in the discard/ trash bin? YES/NO 废弃桶内是否有活鸡？
i. Are loose birds retrieved in a timely manner? YES/NO 是否定时清理零散鸡只？
j. Are transport crates in good repair for 95% of the total crates in use? YES/NO
95%以上的鸡笼状况是否维持良好？
k. Are fans provided to cool the birds (where applicable) in transport crates whilst in the lairage? YES/NO
