Being a junior student, I was stubborn and rebellious and felt that everything was in my way. Because of my brother's dropping out of school, my father expected so much of me and thus he always told me that I should study hard , which made me angry and aggressive. I could not endure any more and the last straw was when we were all at table, father repeated the same words again. Then, I could not help quarrelling with him and saying many disrespectful words. Finally, I rushed out of the room with a violent slam of the door. Going nowhere, I had nowhere to go. Thus, by the time the dark fell, I went home. Mother told me that Father didn't eat at all and even cried like a little baby when I was left. Today, as a university freshman, recalling what had happened, I feel so sorry. I

After the College Entrance Examination, I really felt tired and anxious and worried what grade I would face. During that time, I couldn't sleep and eat well day and night. Gradually, I became speechless. Whenever my parents and others asked me something about my examination, I always said few words or nothing. As a result, they have to leave.
One day, my father asked me what grade I would get possibly. I still kept silent as usual. Then he became angry with my response and scolded me for my impoliteness. Suddenly, I burst into tears and spoke out what I feared and how exhausted I felt. After my father learnt of my explanation, he apologized to me for what he had done. Eventually, we restored good relations again.
From then on, no matter what they asked me, I will tell my parents what I am thinking about and what I want to do, because I know they love and care about me all the way. However, now more and more children are unwilling to communicate with their parents and they suppose it is generation gap that prevents them to communicate with one other. If we simply say nothing, they will be anxious about us.

A Misunderstanding between my Mother and Me
We can see that many children claim that their parents can't understand them. It is difficult to communicate with their parents. In fact, the misunderstanding exists in every family.
One time when I was in junior school, I gave my mother the examination paper which I got a good mark, expecting to hear the praise from her. However, she saw it carefully and then fixed her eyes on the mistakes I made. She pointed at the mistakes and said, "Look at this question; it reflects how careless you are." You can't imagine how depressed I was. Because I felt that I wasn't be acknowledged by my mother. This reminded me of the same incident I have met in the past. Tears filled my eyes; I yelled at my mother, "Shut up, no matter how well I do, you just find the weakness. I can't stand it." I run out of the room, leaving her alone with astonished.      From this misunderstanding, I come to realize my mother's deep love for me. She chooses to point out my weakness, sometimes even hurt me. It is not because she doesn't love me, but give me the courage to do better.

It is not uncommon to hear "generation gap" between children and parents. In my opinion, lots of incidents arise from misunderstanding. Of course, I also have some incidents with my parents. Now let me to share you one of the stories.
In the past, I enjoyed watching TV while doing my homework. It's a usual day, I was writing my homework while watching TV. This time my mother came in, she looked very angry. She turned off the TV after shouting at me. In my memory, my mother was a very friendly woman. She by no means talked to me so loudly. I could not accept it.So I cried loudly and locked myself in my room. Maybe my mother was over angry. She didn't care my crying, which made me crazy. I rushed out my room and said that I hated her. At the same time, I saw the tears falling from my mother's eyes. I felt very sorry for my wrong words. I hugged my mother in my arms and said sorry to her. After a few minutes, my mother said that maybe she used a wrong way but she really wanted me to change my bad habit.  I could also felt my mother's sorrow though she tried to smile to me. I promised that I didn't do that later. Mother said that she loved me and believed me. With my mother's help, I changed this bad habit finally. I really thanks my mother.  
From this experience, I learn that some words can't be said to your parents. Because they must be the people who will love you with no self-heart. Sometimes, you say some words unconsciously may hurt your parents deeply. You can never hurt your parents.
