1、健康卡从签订合同起生效，合同终止（到期未续约）即失效
2、1个积分等于现金1元人民币。
3、合同结束积分可兑换成等值人名币。

2、会员生日礼物

尊贵的会员，在生日来临之际。中亿健康会发短信关爱会员，当天还会收到特殊礼物一份（日期会随物流时差提前或推迟1到2天。），地址依签约时所留的为准。

1、退换货：客户收货后发现产品因质量、破袋、过保质期可向公司进行退换。如个人原因造成公司将不予退还。
2、会员卡遗失补办：会员卡遗失后，持卡人可凭有效身份证及合同协议书到公司办理挂失，重新补办后立即生效，原会员卡积分转入新卡。
3、合同服务到期不续签，会员应提前5个工作日通知中亿健康公司，到期时可在3个工作日后在中亿健康网点办理积分兑换现金。
4、会员在未到期前终止合同，会员需按市价扣除已用的健康产品及体检卡积分，中亿健康公司不得收取其他费用及违约金，双方签署解除合同协议书。会员可在15个工作日后到中亿健康网点办理积分兑换现金。
