7、ood in a cooked lunch is similar to a typical Western evening meal and might include spaghetti (意大利面条) and meatballs, roast chicken, sausages, pizza or a casserole (砂锅菜). These lunches may even include dessert! E. The lunch break is not very long in most Western schools – usually about 45 minutes
