一、常见英文条款
1. Drafts drawn under this credit must be negotiated in HONGKONG on or before August 20，2006 after which date this credit expires．
2.Documents to accompany drafts must be presented for negotiation with in l3 days after date of Bill of Lading or other document evidencing dispatch of goods．
3.Shipment must be effected in two equal lots separately with an interval of at least 20 days between shipments．Documents must separately negotiated．
4. Insurance Policy in 3 fold issued for l20％ of the invoice value，covering Institute cargo Clause A and War Clause．Stating claims payable in CHINA by claims paying agent．
5. Full set of clean in board ocean bills of landing ,Made out to order ,Blank endorsed , Marked freight collect notify the applicant .
6.At 90 days after sight of this first of exchange (second of exchange being unpaid) pay to the order of Bank of China , Shanghai Branch .
7.in triplicate、in three fold、in three copies, Shipment in FCL, Latest date of shipment
8. “The usance draft is payable on a sight basis，discount charges and acceptance commission are for buyer's account.
9. Full set of clean in board bills of lading, Made out to order, Blank endorsed, Marked freight collect notify the applicant.
10.At 90 days after sight of this first of exchange(second of exchange being unpaid) pay to the order of Bank of China, Shanghai Branch.
11.full set shipping(company's)clean on board bill(s)of lading marked "Freight Prepaid" to order of shipper endorsed to … Bank, notifying buyers
12.bills of lading made out in negotiable form
13.clean shipped on board ocean bills of lading to order and endorsed in blank marked "Freight Prepaid" notify: importer (openers, accountee )

15.bills of lading must be dated not before the date of this credit and not later than Aug. 15
16.All drafts drawn under this credit must contain the clause “Drafts drawn Under Bank of…credit No.…dated…”
17.drafts are to be drawn in duplicate to our order bearing the clause “Drawn under United Malayan Banking Corp. Bhd. Irrevocable Letter of Credit No.…dated July 12, 1978 ”
