②用法：a.用来表示一个动作或状态从过去某个时候开始，一直延续到说话的时刻还在继续进行，常与表示一段时间的状语，如for two hours, since last years等连用。
eg. I have been skating for five hours.
He has been playing basketball since nine o’clock.

b.现在完成进行时也可以表示一个动作从过去某时开始，一直延续到说话时，在说话是这个动作刚刚结束。如果要强调“刚刚结束”的意思，还可以用just。
