Step1 Warming-up
1.Review the text of Unit 1
2. Show a map of London and talk something about London.
3. Work in pairs.
Look at the map in Activity 1 and talk something about the Tour of London.

Step 2: Reading
1. Read the tour of London and follow it on the map in Activity 1.
1) Ask the students to look at the map and familiarise themselves with the places.
2) Explain that they should draw the route given in the passage on their map.
3)Check with a partner.

2. Play the tape and have them read and follow.
3. Mark the places in Activity 2 on the map in Activity 1.
