【知识点拨】
1．too和also一般都用于肯定句，too放在句尾且通常用逗号隔开。
2．also放在实义动词前，be动词后。
如：He runs fast，too.＝He also runs fast.
I'm a student，too.＝I'm also a student.
3．either主要用于否定句，放在句尾，通常用逗号隔开。
如：I don't know it，either.

2．be good with…对……有办法
如：The teacher is very good with children.这位老师对孩子很有一套。
3．make friends 意为“交朋友”，这个短语还常与介词with连用，make friends with …表示 “与……交朋友”。
如：I want to make friends with all the new students.
4．help with…表示在某方面给予帮助，后接名词或名词短语。
如：Can you help me with my English？你能在英语方面帮帮我吗？

本节课是一节阅读写作课，这节课通过引导学生阅读文段，以及引导学生模仿写海报 ，一方面了解了招聘各种不同人才的招聘用语，另一方面能够清楚地表达自己的需求和要求。一节课下来学生基本上能够熟练地朗读课文，能够写招聘广告。这节课容量较大，由于在课前精心设计好了阅读的思路，通过由浅入深的问题引导，一步步地完成了阅读的任务。阅读的任务完成了，模仿写作的任务也就水到渠成了。
