退信对照表
邮件投递未成功均会向发件方邮箱弹回退信,对常见的退信问题进行了汇总（见附件）,大家遇到退信问题时,可以把退信提示中的主要内容和汇总表中的内容进行比对，以便找到退信的原因:

收件方邮箱地址不存在,需要联系对方确认地址是否存在，对于对方确认地址存在的，需要将退信原件转给263以便进一步判断问题原因（有可能是1、263的SMTP服务器所使用的DNS服务器解析收件方MX记录解析错误。2、收件方以前在263开设过企业邮局，企业邮局迁走后，未从263删除，而263企业用户之间投递邮件优先投递，如果收件方以前在263开设的企业邮局域里面并没有这个用户，就会出现这种退信）

　　经过调查Coremail和AIMC均为国内邮件系统开发商的产品,而263应该是使用了自己开发的邮件系统(尚不确定,待商定)，至于庞大的标示为ESMTP的族群来头个个惊人:新浪,搜狐,GMAIL,腾讯QQ,EVERYONE.NET,甚至还有中国网络之根:万网WWW.NET.CN.不过ESMTP似乎并不是某家巨牛厂商的产品,而是Extended SMTP的简称,或许是各家自己开发的邮件系统;至少从系统的反馈信息上看不出来.
