资源描述

退信对照表邮件投递未成功均会向发件方邮箱弹回退信,对常见的退信问题进行了汇总（见附件）,大家遇到退信问题时,可以把退信提示中的主要内容和汇总表中的内容进行比对，以便找到退信的原因: account does not exist 收件方邮箱地址不存在,需要联系对方确认地址是否存在，对于对方确认地址存在的，需要将退信原件转给263以便进一步判断问题原因（有可能是1、263的SMTP服务器所使用的DNS服务器解析收件方MX记录解析错误。2、收件方以前在263开设过企业邮局，企业邮局迁走后，未从263删除，而263企业用户之间投递邮件优先投递，如果收件方以前在263开设的企业邮局域里面并没有这个用户，就会出现这种退信） Invalid User Mailbox not found No such user User unknown No Such User Here This target address is not our MX service client.
