A.重点词汇辩析及拓展
1、How often do you exercise? 你（你们）多久锻炼一次身体？
How often + 助动词do(does或did) + 主语 + do sth.?
how often是问频率(多久一次) 表示频率的词：once, twice, three times…, sometimes, often, quite, often, never, every day, once a week , twice a month , three times a month , three or four times a month 等。
辨析：how long/how often/how soon---多久
how long-（时间段）、how often-(指动作多长时间发生一次)、how soon-(指动作多久之后将发生)
例句：1）How long can I keep the book?
For a month.
2) How often do you read English ?
Every day.
3) How soon can he come back?
In an hour.
拓展：how many times: 表示“多少次”，仅用询问次数，回答常用once, twice 或three times等回答。
例句：How many times do you watch TV every week ?
Six times.
2、exercise: 运动、锻炼
当exercise 指具体的运动或体操时是可数名词；
当exercise 指笼统的运动时是不可数名词。
take exercise/ do eye exercises
3、辨析：sometimes:有时
some times:数次
sometime:过去或将来某时
some time:一段时间
例句：sometimes: I often got letters from him last year.
some times: He has been to Beijing some times.
sometime: 1）I saw her sometime last year.
2) I will go to Shanghai sometime next week.
