1, T: Boys and girls, just now we knew Chinese New Year, now please look at the picture（教学挂图） on the blackboard, please guess which picture is about Chinese New Year?

T: We all know Chinese New Year , Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival are Chinese festivals. Now Let’s know something about Western festivals.

3, Open the book and read Part B(男女生分组分角色朗读)
4, Use Millie and Amy’s conversation as a model(P/39B)，replace the underlined words with your own ideas. (4人一组)师可板书：eat chocolate/ pumpkin Lanterns. eat rice dumplings/get Christmas presents.
5. ask some groups to act before the class(尝试竞赛激发兴趣)

1,T: Now let’s listen what Hobo and Eddie are doing at Halloween? Close your books and listen to the tape.
Then answer the questions
