1. All constructors should wear their PPE;
2. Mind the steps when walking and don’t be careless, in particular, be aware of being tripped by rebar during adjusting the frame; Set the warning line on both sides of the construction area, and irrelative persons not allowed to enter without permission; Use the eligible ladder inspected by BSF when the constructors are going up and down the frame. Hold the handrail firmly when going up and down the ladder ; Make good use of the safety belt if working in high.
3. .施工人员要穿戴好各自的PPE；
4. 行走时要注意脚下，不要一心二用，特别是框架就位后调整时，严防被钢筋绊倒；施工时，在施工区域两侧拉好警戒绳，无关人员严禁进入；施工人员上下框架时，要使用BSF检验合格的梯子。施工人员上下梯子时，两手要紧抓扶手;存在高空作业时要正确使用安全带。

Being absorbed and cooperating each other when conveying objects, don’t be frolic; Strictly prohibit barbaric construction ; Clear up and recycle the leftover material in time.
搬运物体时要集中精力，要相互配合好，严禁嬉闹；严禁野蛮施工；施工中的边角废料要及时清理回收。

All electrical tools must be examined before using ; Strictly prohibit irrelative electrician connecting the power supply ; and the power tray should be locked in time . The power line channel should take protection measures.
所有电动工具必须经检验合格后方可使用且必须经漏电保护器；严禁非电工私接电源；电源盘要及时上锁。电源线过路要有保护措施。

1、 人员要求：（1）所有特殊工种持证上岗；（2）吊机操作工参加START会，并签字；（3）吊机工作时、操作工、指挥人员不得参与与工作无关的事情，更不得擅自离岗；
Personnel requirements: (1) All workers who is going in for special job category should hold certificates before being on duty; (2) The crane operator attend the STARRT meeting and sign it up ; (3) In the course of the crane running, the operator, directors should not do the irrelative work and leave their duty without permission;

Crane requirements: (1) check it and eligible and identification; (2) Add the backup plate if the tank crane doesn’t work on the steel and concrete ground.
3、 其他：（1）不得擅自改变WI中的吊挂方式；（2）未尽事项，施工人员参照项目起重运输管理程序和国家有关规定执行
Others: (1) Don’t change the hanging method in WI without permission; (2) Unmentioned proceeding, the constructor carry it out referring to the item crane transportation management procedure and national relative regulations.

The operators should stand the same side of operating branch supporter.
2带油的物体不要直接放到地面上,产生的油污物集中放到回收箱中
Don’t put objects with oil down the ground directly, and the oil contamination generated by object should be put back to the recycling box.
3支腿应考虑机身的整体重量，支腿要牢固避免基础下陷。
In view of the whole weight of fuselage, the branch supporter should be firm to prevent the foundation from settling.

8不能从车上直接跳到地面上。
Don’t jump down the ground directly from vehicle.
9挂绳时工作幅度不要过大。
The working range need not be too big when hanging up the rope.
10不要在不允许的范围内挂绳。
Don’t hang up the rope within the prohibited range.
11带油的物体不要直接放到地面上,产生的油污物集中放到回收箱中.
Don’t place the object with oil on the ground directly, in addition, the oil contamination generated by the object should be put back into the recycling box.
12操作人员要服从指挥人员的指令。
Operators must submit to the instruction of commander.
13指挥信号必须符合国标。

1、 吊前要办理相关的起吊检查审核手续。起吊前要正确使用好溜绳。
To transact relative crane inspection audit procedure before crane, and make good use of the tag line.
2、 起吊时要先保持设备离车盘100mm，静止观察10分钟，并调试刹车，全部检查无误后再进行起吊作业，要正确使用好溜绳。
Firstly keep the equipment 100mm off the undercarriage before crane, watch it quietly for 10 minutes, then to debug the brake till the full inspection have completed, to do the crane work. Make good use of the tag line.
3、 在起吊过程中，设一人总指挥，有两人监护，在整个起吊过程中，设备要始终保持水平。
Make a general director, and send two persons toward during crane; Keep the equipment level all the time during the whole course of crane.
4、 作人员必须听到明确的指挥信号后才能进行操作，信号必须是国标
The workers must hear clear direction signal before operating, and the signal must be national standard.
5、 有4级风及其它恶劣天气不能进行设备的起吊作业。
Don’t do the crane work of equipment if meets grade-4 wind and other atrocious weather .
6、带油的工器具不要放到地面上.。
Don’t place the tools &instruments with oil on the ground .

1、 位时要先保持设备离设备基础100mm，静止观察10分钟，并调试刹车，全部检查无误后再进行就位作业，要正确使用好溜绳。
Firstly keep the equipment 100mm off the equipment foundation and watch it quietly for 10 minutes before perching, to debug the brake, then to start to perch till the full inspection have been completed. Make good use of the tag line.
2、 操作人员必须听到明确的指挥信号后才能进行操作，信号必须是国标
The operator must hear the clear direction signal before operating, and the signal must be national standard.
3、带油的工器具不要放到地面上.。
Place the tools & instrument with oil on the ground.
