丙烯酸酯玻璃纤维软管是由无碱玻璃纤维编织成坯管，再涂以丙烯酸酯乳胶经加热烘干而成的B级绝缘软管。具有可靠的耐热性，良好的电性能，较好的的柔软性和弹性，以及耐苯、耐油等特性，适用于电机、电器、仪器、仪表、无线电、电视机及空调、风扇、洗衣机等家用电器的布线绝缘和机械保护。
外观：表面光洁，端部整齐。
耐油：软管在105±2℃ 的变压器油中浸24小时，漆膜不应与玻璃丝管脱开或产生开裂，允许漆管颜色变深。
耐苯:漆管在常温甲苯液体中浸4小时，漆膜不发粘贴或脱落。

1．应用范围the scope of application

防火耐高温套管以高膨松性玻璃纤维或者特殊无碱玻璃纤维编织套管所制成，并覆以厚实的氧化铁红/蓝硅胶，其能阻挡熔铁喷溅，且不受高温和火焰所损坏，具有阻燃、隔热、保温、抗电、柔软等性能，这些特性使其适用于保护恶劣环境下的软管、缆线和管路。可连续暴露于260℃的高温中而不受损坏，可以耐1000℃高温，1000℃破坏性试验可以持续半个小时，半小时后外面涂层开始碳化，玻璃纤维完好无损。
    其阻燃特性除了能够有效的避免人员遭受高热管线的烧烫伤害外,更能大幅度的节约热能源流失的成本。产品主要应用于钢铁厂、冶炼厂、矿山、石油、玻璃厂等行业高温设备的防火隔热、电缆绝缘保护。
