I Warm up

1. Look at the parts of pictures and sentences. Have a guessing game.

2. Teach Ss some new words of animals and their characters.
3. Work in pairs. Show students three information cards about animals. Ask and answer like this:
A: What’s the ... like?
B: It’s....
A: Does it come from…?
B: Yes, it does.
/ No, it doesn’t. It comes from…
用游戏导入引出本模块主题，激活有关动物的词汇，激发学生学习的兴趣。

教授动物名称词汇时可结合动物特征，一一对应起来，同时可补充其他动物名称，扩大学生词汇量。
