第六条 其他
6.1 本合同自双方签字盖章生效，合同有效期为一年，到期后双方如无异议可自动续约。

Article 1 Product Information

Article 2 Price and Payment Method

Article 4 Quality Assurance

5.1 If Party A fails to deliver on time or supply products that do not meet the agreed standards, they shall bear the corresponding liability for breach.
5.2 If Party B fails to pay on time or unreasonably refuses to accept the goods, they shall bear the corresponding liability for breach.
Article 6 Other
6.1 This contract shall come into effect upon the signing and sealing of both parties, with a validity period of one year, and can be renewed automatically without objection.
6.2 In case of disputes, the two parties should resolve them amicably through negotiations. If negotiations fail, the case should be brought to the People's Court of the location of Party A.

Article 6 Other Clauses
6.1 This contract shall come into effect upon the signing of both parties and have a validity period of one year, with automatic renewal upon expiration.
