第一节
内蒙古华电包头反渗透化学清洗技术方案
一.总则
（1）
1. 本次清洗采用反渗透在线清洗装置进行设备系统清洗，使用反渗透专用清洗剂DROC-011和DROC-022配合使用将膜元件表面污染物去除。反渗透设备在线清洗方法是保养系统膜元件并使其恢复正常工作能力，延长膜元件使用寿命的有效措施之一。
2. 清洗前向甲方提供了清洗操作方案，规定了反渗透系统清洗技术要求，清洗所需的时间以及清洗方法选择的原则和清洗控制的范围。并经甲乙双方签字确认后实施。
3. 清洗过程中甲方委派相关人员监督配合。
4. 清洗产生的废液排入综合池里，其主要排放指标应符合GB8978的规定。
5. 工作人员在清洗过程中严格遵守了华电的安全规程，并严格执行化学清安全措施，确保了设备人员安全没有任何不安全事故发生。
（2）、清洗人员
甲方负责及现场监督人员：刘志江、李志刚 乙方清洗负责人：张平春
（3）、清洗剂用量：
本次单组反渗透设备清洗预计使用美国Donlag”原装进口清洗药剂DROC-011 2袋、合计50公斤、DROC-022 2袋、合计 50 公斤。
（4）、考虑设备的安全，清洗反渗透时设备由甲方工作人员操作，乙方对设备清洗过程负责。
（二）、技术要求
1. 本次清洗时制定的方案及现场清洗措施时，除符合相应的标准外，还符合与膜元件相关的技术条件和规范，并且应是在现场有关领导配合与严格监督下完成。
2．清洗前应先对设备查漏补缺，并且更换保安过滤器滤芯.原水水箱、中间水箱、除盐水箱水位应全都应保持高液位，尽量将失效的床子再生完。来确保反渗透系统不能启动时，能够满足清洗用水。并且有关领导负责人应协调用水部门控制用水量.确保化水部门的制水量 在清洗过程中能够满足生产方用水量.
3 .清洗介质流速与压力的控制
8英寸反渗透膜元件：清洗流速为91-151L/M，压力为0-3bar.

（三），化学清洗工艺及清洗药剂的组方用量：
1. 根据贵公司反渗透装置运行及实际情况，本公司采用美国原装进口反渗透专用清洗剂以保障设备能够更加经济安全的运行。
DROC-011是一种酸性复合性水溶性药剂，用于生产饮用水和工业用水的反渗透膜元件的化学单根清洗，适用于CA及TFC系列反渗透膜元件和纳滤膜元件，主要清洗去除其表面的钙类沉积物和金属氧化物等污染物。
DROC-022是一种碱性复合性水溶性药剂，用于生产饮用水和工业用水的反渗透膜元件的化学单根清洗，适用于CA及TFC系列反渗透膜元件和纳滤膜元件，主要清洗去除其表面的微和有机物等沉积的黏性物质

3、 清洗工艺
鉴于此设备微生物污染较严重（压力容器外侧有绿藻），因此本次清洗反渗透将清洗工艺进行以下调整：
根据本次系统情况特定以下化学清洗工艺步： RO装置性能标定（已标定）→ 置换冲洗 →DROC-011（二段）清洗→水冲洗→DROC-011（一段）清洗→水冲洗→ 水冲洗DROC-022（二段）清洗→ 水冲洗→DROC-022（一段）清洗→ 水冲洗
3-1 RO装置性能标定
采用手动操作方式，对清洗列反渗透装置进行清洗前性能标定，标定方法为：在给水压力一定的条件下，水的回收率：75%的运行条件下，记录装置进水温度、产水、浓排水量；一、二段工作压力和进水、产水电导率。
3-2置换冲洗
在0.3MPa进水压力条件下，采用反渗透淡水或除盐水，由反渗透清洗系统对清洗列反渗透装置进行膜面冲洗，冲洗至进、出水电导率差值≤50µs/cm。
3-3 DROC-011（二段）清洗
采用低压循环清洗法，首先低流量（压力0.15MPa）进药20min后，检测回流液pH值或清洗液的颜色。循环一定时间后，当pH值变化2.0个pH单位时，应重新配制药液或添加药剂调节。浸泡30min→再低流量循环清洗30min → 浸泡30min→低流量循环清洗30min →重新配制药液或添加药剂 →浸泡30min→低流量循环清洗60min→若pH值变化不大（若pH值变化较大应重新配制药液或添加药剂）→高流量（压力0.25MPa）循环清洗→当pH值不在变化时酸洗完毕。
3-4水冲洗
在0.3MPa进水压力条件下，采用反渗透淡水或除盐水，由反渗透清洗系统对清洗列反渗透二段装置进行膜面冲洗，冲洗至进、出水pH值≥6.5。
3-5 DROC-011（一段）清洗
采用低压循环清洗法，首先低流量（压力0.15MPa）进药20min后，检测回流液pH值或清洗液的颜色。循环一定时间后，当pH值变化1.0个pH单位或清洗液逐渐变浑浊时，应重新配制药液或添加药剂调节。浸泡30min→再低流量循环清洗30min → 浸泡30min→高流量（压力0.25MPa）循环清洗30min →若pH值变化不大（若pH值变化较大应重新配制药液或添加药剂）→高流量（压力0.30MPa）循环清洗→当pH值不在化时酸洗完毕。
3-6水冲洗
在0.3MPa进水压力条件下，采用反渗透淡水或除盐水，由反渗透清洗系统对清洗列反渗透整体装置进行膜面冲洗，冲洗至进、出水pH值≥6.5。
3-8 水冲洗
在0.3MPa进水压力条件下，采用反渗透淡水或除盐水，由反渗透清洗系统对清洗列反渗透整体装置进行膜面冲洗，冲洗至进、出水pH值为中性，并且反渗透进出水电导差值≤50µs/cm。
3-9DROC-022（二段）清洗
采用低压循环清洗法，首先待低流量进药30min后，浸泡30min→高流量循环清洗30min →药液颜色较脏时重新配制药液→ 浸泡30min→高流量循环清洗30min → 浸泡30min→高流量循环清洗30min→药液颜色变化不大时清晰完毕，否则重新配制药液。
3-10 水冲洗
在0.3MPa进水压力条件下，采用反渗透淡水或除盐水，由反渗透清洗系统对清洗列反渗透二段装置进行膜面冲洗，冲洗至进、出水pH值为中性。
3-119DROC-022（一段）清洗
采用低压循环清洗法，首先待低流量进药30min后，浸泡30min→高流量循环清洗30min →药液颜色较脏时重新配制药液→ 浸泡30min→高流量循环清洗30min → 浸泡30min→高流量循环清洗30min→药液颜色变化不大时清晰完毕，否则重新配制药液。
3-12 水冲洗
在0.3MPa进水压力条件下，采用反渗透淡水或除盐水，由反渗透清洗系统对清洗列反渗透整体装置进行膜面冲洗，冲洗至进、出水pH值为中性，并且反渗透进出水电导差值≤50µs/cm。

（四）、清洗废液的处理
DROC-011、DROC-022清洗药剂无毒，其清洗废液可直接排入化学除盐系统酸碱中和池，采用生水稀释10～15倍即可达到排放标准。

备注
用手动电导率仪现场对B套反渗透设备每个压力容器产水进行监测，发现一二段膜元件统一电导率增加，并且总产水电导率和表计显示基本吻合。
（六）现场情况分析结论：（此结论的前提是现场反渗透设备表计监测的数据准确无误）
三套反渗透设备情况非常相似，均是在2009年4月初（4月2日---到4月8日）设备停运后再次启动出现的脱盐率下降。以A套设备为例：由数据可以看出，当回收率一样、系统压差几乎没有变化的情况下，产水量和浓水量增加而脱盐率降低，这一切都完全符合膜片被氧化的症状。根据经验我方判断设备脱盐率低是膜氧化造成的。贵单位可以将具有代表性膜元件送往厂家进行染料评定试验以确诊。
膜元件一旦被氧化，系统脱盐率将不可恢复。清洗后由于清洗掉了膜表面的部分污染物，一般反而脱盐率会有所下降，但是一两个月便可恢复。要想恢复膜元件的性能只有更换膜元件才能保证系统正常的脱盐率。虽然此次循环水深度处理反渗透设备脱盐率降低和我阻垢剂供应商无关，但如果需要我方会全程跟踪协助贵单位。
如果贵单位决定试洗，现场需提供一下物品：
1、本方案约定的RO装置化学清洗是指单列反渗透装置清洗。
2、氢氧化钠（化学纯）15kg PH试纸一本（调整PH值，由华电负责提供。
3、并且清洗使所需要的电导率仪一台、PH计一台和试纸一本均由甲方提供。
