聘用常年法律顾问合同甲方：公司乙方：事务所甲方因工作需要，根据中华人民共和国律师法有关规定，聘请乙方法律顾问，乙方同意指派律师担任甲方法律顾问，双方议定条款如下：Permanent Legal Advisor AgreementParty A: _Co.Party B: _ Law OfficePursuant to pertinent provisions of Lawyer Law of the Peoples Republic of China, _ (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) hereby agrees to employ _ Law Office (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) as permanent legal advisor of Party A to satisfy its businesss needs and Party B hereby agrees to accept such employment and agrees to designate an attorney at law as a permanent legal advisor of Party A.
