1.0 Purpose / 目:
Define the products inspection criteria，Unified and Standardize different organizations inspection including contract manufacture，supplier and QC team etc. /拟定产品检查原则，在供应商，制造厂及客户 QC 之间统一原则，保证产品符合客户消费者规定。

2.0 .0 Scope / 范畴
This document is apply for LED /合用于LED产品。

3.0 Defect Classification Definition /缺陷定义：
3.1 Critical Defect (CR)：Should effect and endanger user’s life symptom. /致命缺陷(CR)：影响和危害顾客生命现象。
3.2 Major defect (Maj)：Any failure，intermittent electrical or mechanical functionality which should effect user bad impression. /严重缺陷(MA)：性能时好时坏或者构造功能性缺陷，给顾客留下不良印象外观缺陷。
3.3 Minor Defect (Min)：Defect which does not result in failure of the expected functions during normal usage，or Doesn’t hinder the operation of the product；however，does not comply with the cosmetic requirements./轻微缺陷(MI)：不减少产品可用性/功能，不阻碍产品使用，属于轻微外观缺陷。

4.0 Sampling plan 抽样筹划:
4.1 Sampling standard：ANSI/ASQC Z1.4- (Equivalent to ISO2859-1 or GB/T2828.1) General-II normal。/采用抽样原则 ANSI/ASQC Z1.4- (相称于 ISO2859-1 or GB/T2828.1) 普通 II 级

6.0 Surface Classifications / 测量面定义

6.1 Surface A：Critical Surface - constantly in view in normal use (i.e. Front panels，faceplates，and silk-screened parts.
A面：严格面 - 正常使用持续观测，例如前板，面板，丝印某些等，如下图。
6.2 Surface B：Less Critical Surface - visible，but not in constant view during normal use，may be seen during maintenance or installation.
B面： 次严格面 - 可看见，但不是在正常使用中经常看见，也许在维护和安装时能看见，如下图。
6.3 Surface C：Non Critical Surfaces - seldom if ever seen.
C面：非严格面 - 很少见或从未见过

Set chamber following requirement - UV wavelength to
340nm，0.76 W/m² ± 10% intensity，Temperature 60 ±
3 ºC，under UV light for 24 hours，compare the colour
deviation △E no more.

Scratch and friction test
Use a sharpened "H" type pencil held at an angle of
45° with the force of 700±200g and press the pencil tip
into the surface of the unit. With the pencil point
touching the surface of the unit move about five lines
(at a speed of 10mm/s) on the electroplating parts,
painting，silk-screen printing，etc.. Erase the pencil
marks，examine the test surface closely (no scratch
marks or no damage to the paint/coating/silk-screen
printing should be found).

Stacking test
Base on container height 3.5meter，load weight= 3.5M
height/ single carton height* sigle carton weight.
A piece of 20mm thick plywood is placed on top of the
carton and loaded with a weight equivalent to the
weight of sets stacked to height of 3.5m (+/- 0.2m)，or per the specified stacking quantity as printed on the outer carton box，whichever is highest，Maintain the load for 168 hours (7 days)，at normal condition.
After this test，with the weight removed，the
dimensions of the carton shall not have changed by
more than 3%，the sample surface without indentation
and internal is loose,function was working well
normally ,pass the test.

Check it，2/3 area of one cell paint peel off allowed. Otherwise，this test passed.
