13、en it is stocked. The ellipticity of pipe diameter should be less than 10%. The wall thickness deviation in the same pipe section should be less than 14%. The internal and external surface should be smooth, flat, without air bladder, crack, hollowing desquamate, severe cold appearance and obvious tr

14、ace.2). PPR管道预制加工: Precast processing of inner pipe PEpipelinePE管连接:采取热熔连接方法。热熔连接最为可靠,操作方便,气密性好,接口强度高。本方案中热熔焊接为关键工序,具体方案以下:PPR pipe connection: adopt hot melt connection method. 17、 MM the following, the liquid presses value to set for 0.2 MPa;管径DN100-350MM时,液压值设定为0.4-0.5MPa;Diameter of pipe is DN100-DN350 MM, the liquid presses value to set for 0.4-0.5 MPa;温度设置: The constitution of the temperature 加热板预热时,温度设定为210;Heat plank prepare hot, the temperature sets to 210 ;加热焊口时,温度设定

18、为190-210.While heating the welding , the temperature sets to 190-210 .B:固定焊管,确保待焊接管及管件中心在一条直线上,错口应在2毫米以内;Fix the welding pipe, assurance treats to welding pipe and fittings center is on a straight line, Distance of shunt should at 2mm in;C:抛磨管端口,确保端口平整,再用医用酒精清洗管端口,确保端口内外壁清洁;Throw to whet pipes head,

21、统及各连接部位工程质量。 After installation, pipeline should be taken strength testing and hermetic testing according to design as well as the quality test of pipeline system and connections.管道用水作介质进行强度及严密性试验;应根据设计具体要求采取。如设计无要求时,工作压力不低于0.07MPa管道通常采取水压试验,工作压力低于0.07MPa管道通常采取气压试验。Media of strength testing and herm

If no request in design, it usually goes like below: pipeline with work pressure more than 0.07MPa should be taken water pressure testing; pipeline with work pressure less than 0.07MPa should be taken air pressure

23、test.1)管道系统试验前应含有以下条件:Following conditions should be met before testing:A.管路系统施工安装完成,且符合设计和规范要求。Finish the pipeline system installation and meet the design and specification request.B.全部支、吊架安装完成且合格。 Supports installation should be finished and qualified. C.管道位置、标高、坡度、坡向等经复查合格;试验用临时加固方法经检验确定安全可靠。Pipe

24、lines position, elevation, gradient and slop direction should be qualified. The temporary facility used for test should be stable and safe. D.试验用压力表经校验合格,并做好标识;精度不低于1.5级,表满刻度值为最大被测压力1.52倍;试验压力表不少于2块。Pressure meter used for test should be ok and marked with precision no less than 1.5-level. The full

25、scale value should be 1.5-2 times as biggest tested-pressure.2)具体试验方法宜采取分区、分层试压和系统试压相结合方法。分区、分层试压时,待系统充满水且放净空气后进行加压,先把管网或管段压力升至试验压力,稳压10分钟,压力不得下降,再将压力降至工作压力,在60分钟内压力不得下降、外观检验无渗漏为合格。系统试压时以最低点压力为准,压力升至试验压力后,稳压10分钟,压力下降不得大于20Kpa,再将系统压力降至工作压力,外观检验无渗漏为合格。通知相关人员验收、办理交接手续,然后把水泄净、拆除试压泵和水源。The test method is

Finally notice relative personnel for check and discharge the water in pipe and remove the pressure-testing pump and shut off water supply.3)试验时不得敲击管道。Dont beat the pipe when testing.4)试压完成后,恢复原有设备、表计,并拆除隔断用盲板,试验后填写试压统计并作好验收签证。Re

Then fill the test record.b). 管道冲洗 Pipeline blowing and flushing管道水系统冲洗:Pipeline Flushing of Water Pipe System:1)调试、运行前必需进行系统冲洗:水系统主、干管必需开式进行冲洗排污,反复数次直至确定清洁,然后才许可转入封闭式循环过滤(管网、机组、设备整体进行),反复清理过滤器,直到整个系统洁净、清洁。It must do

31、点灌水,直到系统灌满水为止;接着从系统最低点处把脏水放出,按上述方法反复数次,直至系统无脏物;然后开启冷冻水泵、冷却水泵,使水循环数次,停泵后将系统水放尽,检验水过滤器,确定系统管网清洁时止。Separate the equipment form the system before flushing, that is, to close the valve connecting the equipment. Start the condensation water pump, cooling water pump to circle the water for many times. Then stop the pump to check the water filter unitl the system net is clean or not.3)冲洗前还应将管路

Install them after it is qualified.4)管道冲洗进水口及排水口应选择合适位置,并能确保将管道系统内杂物冲洗洁净,其截面积大于被冲洗管道截面。 Chose suitable position for enter and exit for flushing and ensure it can clean the filth in pipe.
