18、s should be grouped by users:MS/MT/Operator,Technician,Engineer.Examine the ordering from other existing similar or related RFCs.One suggestion is to start with calculation and plotting error checking.Next should be measurement procedure/equipment checking.It is best to rule out possible data/plotti
