《小学英语口语校本教材》课程纲要 
第一部分 前言
一、 课程的基本性质：
根据我校英语教学的现状和社会对我校英语教学的需求，开发了具有学校特色、能满足学生需求的英语口语校本课程，使其能真实有效地促进学生的发展，更好地体现学校的办学思想，凸显我校办学特色。
二．课程的基本理念
根据小学生的生理和心理特点以及发展要求，充分利用教学资源，采用听、做、说、唱、玩、演的方式，鼓励学生积极参与、大胆表达，提高小学生对语言的感受和初步用英语进行听、说、唱、演的能力。激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极心态。使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心，培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。
三、课程的设计思路：
小学英语教学过程中要注重改变过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授、忽视对学生实际语言运用能力的培养的倾向，强调课程从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生的综合语言运用能力，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。
第二部分 课程目标
1、让学生学习并接受西方文化，弘扬民族优秀文化。
2、使学生的潜能得到全面、主动、和谐地发展，让每一位学生的个性得到张扬。
3、培养学生走向世界，与世界沟通，树立和增强学生的民族自尊心、自信心和自豪感。
4、丰富校园的文化生活，促进学校精神文明的建设。
第三部分 课程内容
一、各年段口语课程内容：
（一）、三四年级主要进行口语交际；
收集日常用语紧密联系学生生活，包括衣、食、住、行、游、购等各个方面，内容由易到难。
1. 在教学中，教师根据教学内容创设情景或带学生到真实情景中学习，融日常用语学习于情景表演之中，让学生在情景中学，在表演中练，在交际活动中用。
2. 会话表演分这样三个步骤进行：语言示范性表演，由教师或师生共同完成，要到位，让学生明白；语言巩固性表演，在双人或多人中进行，如大组集体会话竞赛、男女生团体、小组、全班对半等形式鼓励全体学生参与；发展语言的创造性表演，安排在学生已经掌握了一些语言知识的基础上进行，鼓励学生灵活组合，扩展会话。
（二）、五六年级学生进行阅读与写作
1、除利用现有教材进行教学外，还补充一定量的课外阅读，以提高语言素材的复现率和巩固率。
  2、根据所学课文进行仿写练习。
3、教师每周规定话题，学生进行练笔。
4、学有余力的学生可以写英语日记。
第四部分 课程评价
1、对《英语口语课程》的评价：
（1）课程目标是否明确；
（2）课程内容的选择是适合学生的认知水平与年龄特征，符合学生的身心发展；
（3）课程评价是否标准明确，评价方法是否具有合理性、可操作性。
2、对教师的评价：包括教学准备、教学方式、教学态度等方面的评价，以教师自我评价为主，重视学生、家长、教师同行、审议组对教师的评价，同时把定性评价与定量评价结合起来。
3、对学生的评价：主要对学生在学习过程中，知识与技能、情感态度、价值观、学习方法等方面取得的成绩做出评价。在评价中，学生是评价主体，学生在学习活动中对师生关系的实际感受、学生的学习兴趣和获得成功的体验等应成为评价学生的主体内容。

第四节 谈论节假日时常用的英文表达
　在英语里，不同的假期有其相对应的固定表达说法。我们来一起学习各种节假日的英语名称。
　　我们通过以下的情景对话来学习在谈论节假日时常用的表达。
　　情景对话 1：
　　Roger:What‘s the main holiday in China?
　　中国的主要节假日是什么?
　　Mary:Spring Festival is the main holiday in China.
　　中国主要的节日是春节。
　　Roger:So, how much holiday do you get for Spring Festival?
　　那你春节放几天假?
　　Mary:I normally get one week.
　　我一般有一周的假期。
　　Roger:What are you doing for Spring Festival?
　　那么你打算在春节期间做什么?
　　Mary:I’m going to visit my family.
　　我准备去看家人。
　　请注意：
　　单词 holiday 在一般情况下是可数名词。例如，There are four major holidays in Britain. 英国有四大主要假期。不过，你有没有注意到在以上的情景对话中的出现了 “how much holiday do you get”这个说法？这里用了holiday 的单数形式，而不是其复数形式 holidays，这是为什么呢？根据上下文语境我们可以判断出这里 holiday 指的是放假的时间，而时间是不可数名词，所以holiday 在这里也就成了不可数名词。请看以下几个例句：
　　Employees get five weeks’ holiday. 员工能享有五周的年假。
　　How much holiday do you get in your new job? 你的新工作有多少天年假呢？

　　你知道吗？
　　英国的公共假日被称为“bank holidays”，也被称为“银行休假日”。公共假日和银行有什么关系呢？很久以前，所有银行会在固定的日子里不营业，由此造成了其他行业无法正常营业，所以也随之关门。现如今，很多商店在 bank holidays 时都正常营业，不过所有的银行仍然不营业。英国一般每年有8个公共假日，这些假日的时间不固定，每年都会有一些变动。公共假日大都会被设置在周一或周五，这样就能把周末拉长一、两天，这样的“加常”周末被俗称为 long weekend 或 bank holiday weekend。如果员工在bank holiday 上班，多数公司会付双倍工资 double pay！

第七节 谈论自己的爱好
如何用英文介绍自己的兴趣爱好？ 
不管是面试、自我介绍，还是跟朋友、同事交流，都会常常聊到一个话题就是兴趣爱好。学英语那么久，关于“爱好”话题的英文表达，你懂多少？ 基本提问的方式： 
（1） How do you spend your spare time? 你的业余时间怎么度过？ 
（2） What kind of sports do you like most? 你最喜欢什么运动？ 
（3） What are your hobbies? 你的业余爱好是什么？ 
（4） What do you like to do in your free time? 你业余时间喜欢做什么? 基本回答的方式： 
（1）I have an interest in traveling. 我对旅游感兴趣。 
（I have an interest in+（ ），in后面加上你喜欢的爱好） 
（2）I like playing basketball. 我喜欢打篮球. 
(I like+( )，like后面加上你喜欢的爱好） 对话示例：

谈论爱好小短文
My Hobby
I am a 15-year-old student in junior Grade 3. Though I am occupied with my study, I would like to spend time on my hobbies, such as playing the piano, surfing the Internet.
One of my favorite hobbies is reading. Reading has been in my life for many years,since I began to learn characters. It can not only kill the time, but also,more important, help improve my comprehension ability. When reading, I can learn a lot. Reading Shakespear's works, I know how Hamlet looks like.
