3. 分段制作和船台大合拢结构完整性及焊缝表面质量检查
Structure integrity & visual seam quality inspection for block fabrication/butt joint of shipway.
4. 船台大合拢的无损探伤检查
Nondestructive inspection for butt joint of shipway.
5. 载重线和水尺标志安装精度检查
Check of installation accuracy of loading line marks & draft marks.
6. 船体完工后总长、型宽、型深和龙骨板桡度测量
Measuring of overall length, molded breadth, molded depth and straightness of keel plate after completion of hull construction.
7. 烟囱标志和船名标志安装正确性及完整性检查
Insp. of installation correction & integrity for funnel marks and ship name marks.
8. 放泻塞安装正确性和真空试验
Installation accuracy and vacuum test for sluice plug.
9. 根据密性试验要求做船体密性试验
