2、为我校非英语专业本科生开设的一门公共基础必修课。这门课程的教学遵循“以教师为主导、以学生为主体”的教学理念,并采取先进的教学思想和教学方法。本教材依据国内外教学的实际情况,提供丰富的BBC原版音视频,语言鲜活、语音纯正、语境真实,展现各国风土人情和文化传统,开拓学生视野,增强学生的文化感知力和理解力。同时,教材注意语言知识与语言应用的关系,通过练习引导学生掌握规律、举一反三、活用语言,提高语言的实际应用能力。考核方式考试:分散考试集中考试考查笔试(闭卷开卷)口试课程报告 小论文 其他成绩评定平时成绩占50%,其中:考勤占10%,旷课每次扣1分,迟到早退、违反课堂记录每次扣0.5分,旷课超过总学

4、学要求上分为一般要求阶段(一年级)和较高要求阶段(二年级),本课程属于一般要求阶段。现将本课程的教学要求规定如下:1、词汇:通过本课程的学习,学生的词汇量应应达到3000个单词和400个词组,其中2000个单词和350个词组为积极词汇,即要求学生能够在认知的基础上学会熟练运用,包括口头表达以及书面表达两个方面。2、语法:巩固和加深基本语法知识,提高在语篇水平上运用句法结构的能力。3、听的能力:能听懂英语讲课内容,能听懂一般性英语谈话和一般性题材讲座。能基本听懂英语国家慢速英语教学节目,语速为每分钟100词左右,能掌握其中大意,抓住要点和有关细节。4、说的能力:能在学习过程中与老师、同学进行交流
