It can make the inner and outer wall smooth without any shuttering con

8、nection mark and make the outer wall get the effect of rinsing slip forming. 1) 全部用GYD60大吨位千斤顶、482.75钢管作滑模支承杆。All slip forming support poles will use large tonnage jack and 482.75steel tube.2) 简化滑模平台,实际只设人行通道,即减轻平台荷载又方便施工。It should simplified slip forming platform. Controllers should clear up the group from sponge in each layer in time 5) 出模混凝土的处理措施:对出模混凝土及时进行原浆压光和对流淌水泥浆进行铲除,在吊架上环绕筒壁设一圈20铸铁管,在管上靠筒壁一侧均匀钻孔,用管道泵将水压入铸铁管,随滑模施工对筒壁混凝土进行喷淋。并派专人用清水均匀涂刷筒壁,最终达到表面圆滑、光洁、色泽基本一致的效果,同时在内外筒壁刷混凝土养护液养生。Disposal meas

43、mm高压耐油橡胶软管,支油管选用10mm高压软管伸向各千斤顶;分油器采用无缝钢管制作。一级分油器,一进六出(根据建筑平面每一方各一条分油路);二级分油器一进三出,各主油管长度和直径均取其相等,并作环形布置有利于均衡滑升;三级分油器一进六出通向各千斤顶,每级、每组均设有截流阀加以控制,千斤顶单独设针形阀,这样方便纠编和抽拔支承杆。This project is planning to adopt 3 class groups and parallel connection of oil disposal.
