1. MS通过DTAP协议向MSC发SETUP消息,其中包含B-number,BNT(B-number Type),BC(Bear Capability)和NP(Numbering Plan)等。MSC若不支持该业务,中断该呼叫。

4. IMSI表的CBA值与D表的TDCL值比较,如有相同则中断呼叫。注意每一次B表分析结束都会产生D值,都需要与CBA值比较,一切的call baring都是通过D表完成。

当主叫与被叫在同一MSC,则略去话音路由的过程,直接在B表得到MTE参数落地。
CALL FORWARD UNCONDITIONAL
CALL FORWARD UNCONDITIONAL 是CALL TO MS 的一种特例,只是在MSC向HLR查询路由时,HLR由于被叫用户无条件呼转,就不再向被叫用户登记的VLR索取MSRN,而直接向MSC返回C-NUMBER.

CONDITIONAL CALL FORWARD
CONDITIONAL CALL FORWARD 也是CALL TO MS 的一种特例,只是在MSC话音路由接通被叫MS所在的MSC后,由于用户无应答或用户忙或不在服务区,而从被叫MS所在的MSC 转呼C-NUMBER.
