Technical requirement for Olympic Centre stadium Polycarbonate PC Multi-sheet awning roof system:

一． 承包范围和内容 Contract scale & item
本工程聚碳酸酯板（以下简称阳光板）罩棚系统部分只包含聚碳酸酯板材部分的加工、制作和安装；板材、铝合金型材、胶条、紧固钉配件、板材固定用檩条、收口部分的泛水等。不包括外包檐口、天沟等，屋面排水天沟和虹吸排水系统并入钢结构部分，外包檐口等并入装饰部分。
Polycarbonate Multi-sheet (hereafter refer as PC panel ) awning system for the project only including part of Polycarbonate panel process、manufacture、installation; panel、aluminium profile、gel、fastening piece ，PC sheet peging purlin, seaming flashing,etc. Not including part of gutter

二． 阳光板罩棚工程技术要求 panel awning project system requirement:
1． 檩条
采用碳素钢檩条，檩条的截面形式和规格尺寸及拉条和撑杆由计算确定，同时檩条支撑阳光板的表面宽度、安装平整度、安装误差等须满足本项目选用的阳光板的技术要求；檩条表面必须经过防腐处理；檩条与主钢结构采用檩托板螺栓连接，连接大样由设计认可；檩条等受弯构件允许挠度为L/250

2． 阳光板罩棚系统及材料要求
Panel awning system and material requirement
采用聚碳酸酯多层板，板材厚度应综合荷载、檩条间距等综合考虑确定，但不可小于16mm；板与板之间铝合金型材连接防水系统须可靠、耐用，整体效果满足建筑设计要求。

罩棚系统要求满足建筑光学效果要求，分段采用不同可见光透过率和阳光直接透过率的聚碳酸酯多层板，综合考虑光线的利用和热能的控制，满足观众席光线需求的同时营造舒适的环境，避免积聚过多的热量。
罩棚系统需充分考虑阳光板与其它材料线膨胀系数的差异，在设计中避免出现热胀冷缩应力集中点，从而导致系统的缺陷，投标人须对设计中如何避免这一问题提供说明。
罩棚系统不应仅依靠密封胶进行防水，必须防、导、排结合，投标人须对防、导、排结合设计方法提供说明；密封材料须采用防老化的三元乙丙材质。
阳光板须选用进口品牌，且为国际知名品牌产品，生产厂商具备ISO9000质量体系认证，具体技术要求如下：
Panel must use imported brand, product of international well-known brand, manufactory must hold ISO9000 qualification, the specification requirement as follow:
板材厚度最小16mm，板材的中空孔格须有防止层间错移变形的设计（如X型结构或其它构造措施）；

屋面采光以折角处为分界线划分为三个单元，采用不同的光线透过率，每部分聚碳酸酯的光线透过率要求如下：

聚碳酸酯多层板双面均须具有共挤紫外线防护层，且紫外线防护层的厚度须≥50µm;
Co-extrusion technology of Multi-wall sheets for UVA, the thickness of UVA≥50µm
聚碳酸酯多层板保持物理性能稳定的使用温度范围须满足-40℃～120℃的要求；
Service temperature range must be -40℃～120℃
聚碳酸酯多层板断裂延伸率须≥70％；
Polycarbonate multi-sheet
聚碳酸酯多层板须由厂家出具十年（含）以上的品质保证证书（非使用寿命保证）；
Polycarbonate multi-sheet require ten years(including) or more warranty (non-using life ganrantee)
燃烧性能：聚碳酸酯多层板须达到GB 8624－B1级（需附国家权威检测机构出具的检测报告）
Flame feature: polycarbonate multi-sheet must meet GB8624－B1grade (attached inspection report from national authorizedorganization )
投标人须提供不同透光率的聚碳酸酯多层板各一块样品，尺寸不得小于400mmX500mm.
Bidder must provide different light transmission polycarbonate multi-sheet one sample separately, size will not less than 400mmX500mm.
3.铝合金型材系统及材料要求
System and material requirement
铝合金型材在螺钉固定处需有防水处理措施，厚度须满足固定、防水要求，质量要求参见行业标准，在标书中须做出说明。

4.三元乙丙胶条材料要求
须不低于聚碳酸酯板材的使用年限，必须与聚碳酸酯多层板材材料化学相容，并在安装前须提供相容性试验报告
Not less then polycarbonate using valid, polycarbonate multi-sheet material must be compatible with chemical, provide the test report of compatible before installation.
5.其它配件材料
Other accessory material
紧固钉必须表面防腐，满足不低于聚碳酸酯板材使用年限的要求，必须有密封垫防水措施，且密封垫不得与聚碳酸酯板材发生化学反应。
Tight nail must be cover anticorrosive, will not less than polycarbonate using valid requirement , must have seal cushion anti-water facility, seal cushion will not produce chemical reaction with polycarbonate panel.
如需使用密封胶，必须提供与聚碳酸酯板材不发生化学反应的相容性测试报告。
If use seal glue, must provide the compatible test report of non-chemical reaction with polycarbonate
四、工程施工技术方案要求
Project work technical plan requirment
报价人应当依据业主提供的图纸、国家现行规范和标准（没有国家规范的，应当参考适用的国外规范）和采购文件各个组成部分对工程的描述以及报价人对工程现场的勘察结果，编制本项目的工程施工技术方案。工程施工技术方案中至少应包括并重点描述如下几个方面的内容：
Bidder should according the blueprint, the national present standard and the standard which provides based on the owner (does not have national standard, must refer to suitable overseas standard) and the purchase document each constituent as well as bidder project description to the project scene reconnaissance result, edit the project work technology plan. Project work technology plan must include and focus on description following several aspect content at least:
a) 施工进度及保障措施。包括进度计划、保障进度计划需要的主要机械设备、劳动力需求计划及保证措施、材料设备进场计划及保证措施等；
Construction progress and safeguard measure. The main mechanical device, the labor force demand plan and the guarantee measure, the material equipment approach which including the progress plan, the safeguard progress plan needs plans and guarantees the measure and so on;
b) 本分包工程加工制作、运输及现场安装方案和技术措施；
The contractor regulation processing manufacture, the transportation and the scene install the plan and the technical measure;
c) 聚碳酸酯多层板的产品情况：
Product of polycarbonate multi-sheet situation:
聚碳酸酯多层板材料供货厂商的产地证明文件、聚碳酸酯多层板材料产品商标、聚碳酸酯多层板供货厂商ISO质量体系认证；
Must provide Polycarbonate multi-sheet material supplier original certification, polycarbonate multi-sheet material product trade mark, supplier’s ISO certification.
本项目选用的聚碳酸酯多层板材料产品的主要性能、指标、样品。
The main feature, specification, sample of selected polycarbonate multi-sheet product.
本项目选用聚碳酸酯多层板材料在国内权威机构难燃一级的防火检测报告。
Selected polycarbonate multi-sheet must have flame retardant, anti-flame inspection test report from national authorized orgnazation.
d) 现场安全文明施工、绿色施工、防止施工扰民的具体措施以及消防保卫方案、成品保护措施。本工程现场安全文明施工必须符合国家和北京市有关规定和标准；
The on site security civilization construction, the green construction, prevented the construction harasses people's specific measures as well as the fire security plan, the end product protective measures. This project site security civilization construction must confirm by national and Beijing related stipulation and the standard;
e) 施工现场平面图。根据业主提供的现场条件，合理布置各类加工制作车间、现场临时办公用房、工具房、库房、周转材料堆放场。
Construction on site horizontal plan. Field condition provides which according to the owner, arranges each kind of processing to manufacture the workshop, the scene temporary work reasonably with the room, the tool house, the storehouse, the turnover material piles up the field.
f) 现场组织管理机构。现场组织机构构成、项目经理、技术负责人及主要岗位人员、职责、授权范围；公司总部与现场组织机构的关系以及对现场组织机构的授权范围。
Site organization management structure. Site organizations constitution, project manager, technical person in charge and main position personnel, responsibility, authorized scope; Headquarter office and site organization relations as well as to site organizations authorized scope.
g) 报价人应在其报价文件中阐述其在工程完工后如何提供任何必要的维修保养及配合、服务工作。
bidder suppose to clarify in document of quoted price that after the project how to provide any essential service to maintain and to coordinate, the service work.
h) 任何可能的紧急情况的处理措施、预案以及抵抗风险（包括现场安装过程中可能遇到的各种风险，如刮风、下雨、下雪的影响）的措施；
Any possible emergency case processing measure, the predetermined case as well as the resistance risk (including all risk which in installation process possibly meets, like blows influence which wind, rains, snows) measure;
i) 配合总包人现场管理的措施，如与主钢结构施工的配合等；
The coordination chief contractor management on site, like and host steel structure construction coordination and so on
j) 报价人认为必要的其他资料。
Other documents which bidder considered need.

中选人工作内容：
1． 中选人负责自行实施并完成所有工作范围内深化设计（含计算）、材料采购与供货、加工、制作、运输、吊装、安装、检测、调试、缺陷修复、验收和成品保护等工作；并提交质量控制和验收规范。
Selected part to be responsible voluntarily to implement and completes in all operating region to deepen the design (including computation), material purchase and goods supply, processing, manufacture, transportation, hoisting, installment, examination, debugging, flaw repair, approval and finished product protection; And submits the quality control and the approval standard.
2． 与主钢结构连接固定件的设计，并提交详细图纸、质量控制和验收规范。
