1、 With the development of the revolution of education, we need to take the following relationship into consideration.
a) the relation between teachers’ teaching and students` learning.
we should teach the students more about the methods of learning, not only about the knowledge of the language itself.
b) the relation between students` interest and students` learning.
we should think more about the students` interest and happiness while teaching. we should try our best to let the students study English happily.
2.要做好以上两点，关键在于：
a. 设计内容能调动学生积极性，例如，学生喜欢竞争，多以竞赛形似贯穿教学活动。
b.   让学生在课余时间能够做好一点准备。
c.    让学生养成互助和合作的习惯。
总之，在新课程教学过程中，教师的教学需要艺术性，需要机智，能随机应变，更需要创新，基于教材，勇于拓展，才能有所突破，有所建树。
