任务四：知识梳理
英语形容词/副词比较等级的构成有三个：原级，比较级和最高级。
（一） 形容词/副词的比较级
1. 形容词/副词比较级形式变化有规则的和不规则的两种。
规则变化：
1）单音节词末尾加-er Eg:  great- greater  small- smaller
         clean - tall- long- short- smart-
2）单音节如以e结尾，只加-r  Eg: fine- finer   nice- nicer  
         wide - late-
3）闭音节单音节词如末尾只有一个辅音字母，须先双写这个辅音字母，再加-er
Eg: big- bigger    hot- hotter     red- thin- fat-        
4）以-y结尾的词，如-y前是辅音字母，则变y为-i，再加-er Eg: easy -easier 
heavy- funny- lazy- early- friendly-
5）其它双音节和多音节词皆在前面加单词more  Eg: difficult- more difficult
delicious-         interesting- outgoing-
friendly- hard-working- loudly-
不规则变化：  good/well- better    bad/badly- worse many/much- more    
old-older/elder little- less far- farther/further
 2.形容词比较级的用法：比较级用于二者的比较。如：
(1). She also sings more loudly than Tara.
(2). Amy is the taller of the two girls.
(3).Who is taller, Tom or Tim?
(4). My bike is much newer      
【注意】 even（甚至），much（许多），a little / bit（一点）用来修饰比较级。
