新目标英语九年级(上)教学设计 Unit 6 I like music that I can dance to. Section A (1a—1c) 澄迈县老城中学 英语组 蔡雪青 一、教学目标 (1)使全体学生掌握本节课的重点词汇和基本了解that 和who引导的定语从句的区别; (2)使学生能用本节课的重点词汇和句型简单的对话; (3)使学生能充分运用本节课的重点词汇和句型表达自己的观点,并能灵活运用英语进行听、说、读、写等活动。 二、教学重点 (1)重点词汇:prefer, lyric, gentle ,musician, (2)重点句子: What kind of music do you like? I like music that I can sing along with. I prefer music that has great lyrics. I like music that I can dance to. 三、教学难点 (1)that 和who引导的定语从句 (2)在训练学生语言能力的同时,注重激发学生的想象能力,培养学生的创新思维,提升他们的整体素质。 四、教学过程 Step 1. Warming-up and lead in (1). The teacher plays some music T: What kind of music do you like? Do you know What kind of music like? I like music that I can dance to. Lead in new lesson (2)The teacher play the pictures,then make the ss listen and read the sentences in the pictures. Step 2. 1a (1) Show the pictures and the sentence of 1a . Read the sentences and ask students to repeat. (2) Let the students write own sentence,then show them. (3) Guide: 1. has great lyrics 有优美的歌词 2. sing along with 随之而唱的 3. can dance to 能随着跳舞的 4.Prefer= like…better prefer+n. e.g. I prefer groups that play quiet and gentle songs Prefer sth to sth 比…更喜欢…. e.g. I prefer____ (walk) to cycling. Prefer to do sth 宁愿做某事 e.g. She prefers ____(be) alone at home. prefer to do rather than do e.g She prefers to stay at home rather than____(go) shopping. (4) practice I prefer Li Yong ____is so humor. She prefers Wang Xiaoya ___is smart. We prefer the program ___is interesting. They prefer the program____ has news in it. Step3 1bListening practice (1) Ask students to listen to the tape and finish 1b (2) Check the answers (3) Show the listening passage and ask students to listen to the tape again and repeat (4) Show the listening content of 2a with some blanks and ask students to listen to tapes and fill in the blanks (5) Play the tapes for 3 times and ask some students to write their answers on the blackboard (6) Check the answers Step 41C Doing pairwork Now in pairs talk about the music you like. A: What kind of music do you like? B: I like music that I can sing along with.What about you? A: I prefer music that has great lyrics. Step 5 Make a survey :(groupwork) What kind of music do you like best? Names What kind of music do you like best? Step6 test: 一、Complete the sentens according to the chinese given: 1. I prefer music that has great lyrics. 六、教学反思 本节课运用了教师唱歌,还有图片讨论及音乐导入等形式,让学生得到视觉和听觉刺激,吸引学生的注意力并调动其学习欲望,自然引入课文的主题。 本节课整体的设计思路较为清晰,层层递进,能够把课改理念渗透到教学中;学生在教师的指导下进行活动,音乐始终贯穿其中,为学生创造轻松的课堂氛围。学生能较好完成三维目标, 整个教学过程的设置实现新课标中的“以人为本”,“为用而学,在用中学,学了就用”。本节课活动较多, 应注意把握好时间, 保证活动顺利完成。
