Unit 3 How do you get to school? 第一课时说课稿Section A (1a——2d )
Dear Sir and Madame: I am the xxx contestant. Today I’ll make my presentation of the first period of unit43 from Grade8(I) Go For It! The title is “How do you get to school?”. My presentation includes 5 parts:Ⅰ、Analysis of the teaching material.Ⅱ、Analysis of the students.Ⅲ、Analysis of the teaching aims Ⅳ、Analysis of the teaching methods and the last part analysis of the teaching procedures. My lecture illustration is as follows:
一.Analysis of the teaching material说教材
本课是人教英语七年级下册unit 3Section A的内容。本单元主要话题是“transportation”,。它与我们学生的日常生活紧密联系,生活离不开“行”,因此本单元就是学习描述人们日常出行的主要方式,一个生活中离不开的时态一般现在时。本课作为第一课时 :主要以听说为主,利用多媒体感受语言,通过听和看图来确定或描述人物的出行方式,引发学生用英语进行交际交流,完成听说读写的任务活动,重点掌握和熟练应用 How do you get to school? How long does it take? 及其答语等句型。
二、Analysis of the students说学情
学生是学习的主体,对学生情况的分析是教学工作的关键环节
初一下学期的学生有他们自己的特点经过半年多的学习,有了一定的英语基础知识和听说能力,七年级学生性格特点是活泼好动,参与活动的热情会很高。面对可塑性很强的学生,作为英语教师,我们一定要保护他的对英语学习的热情。让学生运用所学知识来解决问题
三、Analysis of the teaching aims说目标
根据新课改倡导的三维教学目标,结合本单元具体详情以及学生自身特点,我将本节课的教学目标分为以下三点:
1. 知识目标
掌握有关交通的词汇,如take the subway/train, ride the bicycle, go by bus/boat/plane, go on foot, transportation, bus stop, train station,kilometer, mile, river以及其他一些词汇。
掌握由How引导的特殊疑问句及其答句:
How do you get to school? I ride my bike.
How long does it take? It takes about ten minutes.
2. 技能目标
学会谈论交通工具;
学会恰当安排行程,并合理选用交通工具。
3. 情感态度目标
教育学生注意交通安全, 遵守交通规则,加深对交通知识的了解。
4.教材重难点:How do you get to school? I take the …/ride …/ walk…

四、Analysis of the teaching methods 说教法学法( 我们常说教学有法,教无定法,贵在设计,贵在创新,本节课我将采用以下教学方法)
说教法)
根据教材内容和学生因素的特点,我主要采用下列教学方法和手段。
(1)图片教学:利用图片来激起学生的兴趣,并培养学生的观察能力。
(2)交流和情境教学法。为了激励学生在课堂上积极交谈,我设计了真实的情景来激发学生的兴趣和积极性,加强师生间和学生间的交流,这样会将学生的英语学习与真实生活联系起来,以培养他们用英语进行思维的能力。

教师的教与学生的学是分不工的,本课所设计的几个活动任务很有趣味,操作简单,学生积极参与,善于合作,在玩中完成了学习任务,有利于培养学生的团队精神。
五. Analysis of the teaching procedures说教学过程
Step1 warming up
Listen and sing a english song.通过英文歌曲,营造本节课的课堂氛围,同时调动学生积极性,使学生注意力集中到课堂中来。
Step 2 Lead in (guessing game
what kind of transportation is it?
通过ppt给学生展示一些交通工具的图片然后用英文进行描述例如,it is very useful. you may ride it to school .让学生进行猜测a bike.
这一环节主要是利用图片激发学生猜的兴趣,导出本节课所要学的单词,鼓励学生运用所学英语知识进行交流和作答,使学生通过练习熟悉并掌握了句型和词汇,同时活跃了课堂的气氛
2. --- many people take it to work and home in the city. it’s just like a big box.

3. --- it is a car, and you can take it to many places. but you should pay the money.
--- a taxi.
4. --- it is like a train but goes under the ground.
--- a subway.
5. it goes in the water.
---a boat/ship.
6. it is like a bike ,but goes much faster.
---a motorbike..
7. it is like a bird. and it flies in the sky.
---a plane.
Step3.Presentation
1.首先给学生播放1a部分的幻灯片图片,让学生看图并跟读词语搭配take the train,take the bus...录音,然后完成1a的教学任务。
2..然后问学生T: If you are here, but your school is in Beijing. How do you get to school?
Ss: I take the bus /plane/ boat / ship / car / taxi
I ride a bike / motorbike
3最后Teacher shows pictures on the PPT.归纳出行方式和常用短语. 让学生积极主动的思考想象总结,多媒体增加趣味性,加强直观性,效果事半功倍)
Step 4 practice
学生以小组为单位练习对话:ask and answer how do you get to school?i ride my bike....让学生两两对话操练,熟悉并掌握how do you get to school 句型以及答语。
Step 5 Listening
Let the students listen to the tape of 1b and try to write the numbers next to the correct students in the picture of 1a on their book.
Listen again and then discuss the answers. 听力由易到难,由浅入深,层次明朗的展开,达到训练听力好效果)
Step6pairwork 首先,找一位学生做示范Point at girls or boys in the picture.
Ask students to answer and write in the blanks.
S1 : How does he / she go to school?
S2 : He / She … …
然后,Look at the pictures. How do students get to school? Make conversations.让学生以小组为单位,并且鼓励学生创新,通过小组讨论创造出自己的新的对话内容,再加以训练。
S1 : How does he get to school?
S2 : He gets to school by car.
S1 : How do they get to school?
S3 : They … …. 通过示图训练对话,提高积极主动性,根据实际情况练习,将英语用于生活,解决于生活)
Step7play games
Play games to practice “how” “how long ” “how far”
找几组同学当小演员,互相猜出他/她花费多长时间上学,离校多远,答案与接近的组为优胜组
Step 8Homework
为了巩固本节课的教学内容和教学效果,也为以后的学习做好铺垫,我设计了这样的活动,这样的作业主要是培养学生的动手实践能力并加强学生之间的交流和合作能力

总之,这节课我尽量体现“以人为本,以学生为主体,以教师为主导”的现代教育新理念,采用灵活多样的教学形式,使学生能愉快地,积极地,对新学语言进行感知、体验、学习和运用,努力使这节课具有交际性,实用性趣味性和科学性。使不同层次的学而生各有所得

Now I’m going to talk about the effects of this lecture:
I used to think that it is because of the students’ disliking of study that lead to the tedious atmosphere in class, while, according to this class, since I made full use of the multi-media, it played an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of students and the atmosphere becomes more lively. What’s more, I try my best to let the students to be the main body and give most of them the chance to practice and almost everyone got the opportunity to experience the feeling of success. Based on these, I have accomplished the teaching aims and tasks and the student in different level has got improved.
