Unit 2 My favourite season Part B
Ⅰ.Teaching aims and demands
1、 Knowledge aim
In the students’ activities of reading the text, watching the views, and filling in the blanks leaded by the teacher, students can master, and describe simply some activities of the two animals in four seasons in the text.
2、 Ability aim
To train students’ reading ability. Students can design some activities in four seasons and in some places by themselves.
3、 Emotion ability
After learning this text. Let students come to realize the importance of loving nature.

To enhance students’reading interests, train their reading abilities and cultivate good reading habits.

A tree of four seasons, some flowers, PPT, four pictures of the text, headdresses.
Ⅴ.Teaching procedure
(Ⅰ).Pre-reading
1. Warming-up.
Teacher and students greet each other review the words of four seasons and introduce a tree of four seasons to students.
(设计意图:课堂的一开始,师生之间进行自由交谈,活跃课堂气氛,增进师生感情,并通过四季单词引出本节课的评价方式四季树,激发学生的学习欲望,引出课题。)
2. After warming-up let students introduce their favourite season and divide them into four groups.
(设计意图:根据学生的不同喜好把学生进行分组以小组合作的方式进行学习,激发学生的团队合作意识。)
3. Let students sing a song <<What’s your favourite season?>> together.
(设计意图:分组以后带领学生共同完成一首关于四季的歌曲,活跃课堂气氛,同时也为下面的教学做铺垫。)
(Ⅱ) While-reading.
1. Show the questions for listen for the first time.
(1). The teacher introduce two friends: Zoom and Zip to the students and ask: “Do you want to know what their favourite seasons are?”, let students listen to the text for the first time.
(设计意图:以问题入手,让学生初步感知课文内容,更能提高学生的学习兴趣。)
(2). I introduce the answer throw the dialogue between Zoom and Zip, then let students imtate Zoom and Zip to have a dialogue.
(设计意图:精美的课件,形象的头饰更容易吸引学生的注意力,从而提高学生阅读本课的兴趣。)
2. Reading for the second time and complete the form.
Provide students with a form let them read the text and look for the key words then had them finish the form.
(设计意图:这样既对学生的学习效果进行了检验,又突出了学生听、说、读、写训练中写的训练。)

3. Let students use the key word of the form to retell the text.
(设计意图:既帮助学生理解课文,同时也是对学生理解课文的程度进行一个检验。)
4. Let students to say what they can do in the four seasons.
(设计意图:对课文内容进行延伸,使学生在理解课文内容的同时能更好的运用所学知识。)
5. Let students read the text together, then act it.
(设计意图:阅读教学不光是教会学生“阅”,同时还要教会学生:“读”。)
(Ⅲ). Post-reading.
Group work.
The teacher shows four questions for students in every group. Let them discuss and answer the questions together.
(设计意图:以小组间合作学习的方式让学生共同讨论,畅所欲言,学生热爱四季,热爱大自然的美好情怀,把整个课堂气氛推向高潮!)
