一、Teaching aims:
1、Knowledge aims:能掌握常见动词如climb, jump, drink, sleep,eat,play及它们的ing形式;能够总结动词ing的变化形式。
2、 Ability aims:能运用句子“What are these rabbits doing?”询问动物正在做什么并回答“They’re playing with each other.”
3、 Emotion aims:学唱歌曲《Animals,animals are everywhere》,并提高对学习英语的兴趣。

Key points :掌握本课时主要单词climbing, jumping, drinking, sleeping, eating, playing音形义及句型Is/Are…V+ing? Yes,…is/are. No,…isn’t/aren’t.
Important points::掌握climbing的读音。

1、 Warm-up
(1) Greetings
T:Good morning,boys and girls!Nice to meet you! Ss:…
(2) T: First, let's enjoy the music. Please look at the animals in the video. 教师播放歌曲《Animals,animals are everywhere》,激活学生的思维,激发学生对动物不同动作的观察,为下面新的学习做好铺垫。
(3) Brainstorm
让学生说出所听到的动物的单词并拼写。
2、 Presentation
Step1. T:(出示PPT中的动物图片), Look! This is a monkey.Is the monkey climbing?(引出词汇climbing)并且引导学生对该疑问句进行回答,通过不同的动物图片导入本课时的六个动词ing形式并板书:climbing, jumping, drinking, sleeping, eating, playing;
Step2. 单词操练
1、大小声操练单词的读音。
2、游戏“萝卜蹲”
让几位学生带着动物的头饰,表演动作,说出对应动作的英文单词并玩“萝卜蹲”的游戏
Step3:Consolidate&Practice

3、 Consolidation and extension

主语+be +Ving

本节课主要学习几个有关ing形式的动词。通过听音乐,做动作,玩游戏的方式进行学习,激发与保持学生的学习兴趣,让学生在活动的过程中,掌握本课的重难点。整个课堂活动紧张有序,重点突出,学生的主体作用得到了充分的发挥。
