居留许可申请的程序及规定
我们原则上要求来沈阳理工大学学习的留学生应该申请“x”签证，但是短期学生可以使用“f”或“l”签证。
有效期一年以内的居留许可费用为400元人民币，有效期一年以上、三年以内的居留许可费用为800元人民币。
一、持“x”签证入境的留学生缴纳学费后，不论“x”签证的有效期有多长，都必须在入境后30天内向XX市公安局出入境管理处申请居留许可。申请日期应该在jw201或jw202表的有效期内。
留学生首次申请居留许可需要提供以下材料：
1.学生本人的有效普通护照（至少有2张空白页）及签证。持非普通护照，将被要求申请普通护照后方可申请居留许可。
2.个人信息填写完整的《外国人居留许可申请表》，贴有近期免冠2寸照片，并在申请人处亲笔签名。
3.录取通知书原件或复印件，jw201或jw202第三页（黄色页，并自申请之日起至少有一个月以上的有效期）。
4.沈阳检验检疫局出具的《外国人体格检查记录》原件。如果在申请x签证前已完成了体检则在入境后仍需要进行体检验证。
5.《临时住宿登记证明》复印件。校外证明由当地派出所出具，校内证明由留学生公寓前台出具。
6.学校出具的申请居留许可证明。
7.在XX市公安局出入境管理处拍摄的专用条形码照片1张。
二、持有180天以内的“f”签证或“l”签证的学生可以在签证有效期内，申请居留许可，相关手续同“x”签证。
三、持有180天“f”签证的学生只能在中国停留半年，如需延长学习时间，必须在签证到期前申请居留许可。
