The aim of this business report is to illustrate the components of the advertising campaign with their strengths and weaknesses assessed on the purpose of enlightening the future publicity.
II. The components
According to the design of the agency, this-year advertising campaign is primarily composed of three different strategies, including TV commercials, magazines as well as international fairs.
III. Strengths
As a type of prestigious and royal symbol/embodience/exposure, the red wine, namely FULONG, has enjoyed/acquired the awareness of the market. Instead, the acknowledgement of its distribution has not been sanctioned to a large extent by wine-fans. IV. Weaknesses
Despite exciting promotional effects contributed by both TV commercials and magazines, the international fair we attended devastated the public image of our corporation and did not well present/exhibit our power and status in the complex. On the one facet, compared with the inherent factor/quality within the corporation, buyers who visited our booths were more concentrated on the luxurious and deluxe image exposed by us. However, it is a pity that we failed to fulfill their requirement. On the other facet, in comparison with our rivals, the design of our booths was dwarfed by that of others.
V. Success of the Advertising
The TV commercials profoundly/pronouncedly elevated the brand value of the company; meanwhile, the promotion within the magazines drew public concerns, especially business people, with our brand. Therefore, the promotion campaign is of great merit.
VI. Recommendation
For the sake of further steps/processes of publicity in the upcoming year, it is advisable that the board make the agreement that more investment into the trade fairs should be supplemented to the market at the expense of cost. I. Introduction
The aim of this business proposal is to introduce the status quo of internal communication within Sales Department with its weaknesses exhibited; meanwhile, this proposal will put forward relevant means/approaches of improvements.
II. Status Quo
The institute primarily, especially within Sales Department, concentrated on making use of Intranet and E-mails in order to turn the fluent and fluctuated communication into being. Mobile phones and notices were quite frequently practiced according to recent survey amongst those who worked for the Sales Department.
III. Weaknesses
Based upon the foregoing means of communications, there are in total two predominant/vital/essential/major drawbacks/defects/shortcomings/peccadilloes

Firstly, if the Managing Director is to inform according/related meetings, to-do lists or sales target next time, multiple/comprehensive means of communications should be taken into account rather than via only limited one approach.
