General概述
There are 6 hot water boilers at the boiler room for Plant III to provide hot water (80=C Supply/60=C Return) pressurised by hot water pumps to AC equipment, Process equipment in production building as shown in the schematic drawings.
由设置在锅炉房的6台热水锅炉通过热水水泵提供热水(80=C 供水/60=C 回水)到相对应的生产厂房的空调设备和工艺设备,如系统图所示。
5.5.5.1 System Description系统描述
In boiler room for plant III 6 boilers are to be installed for the heating system as the main resource, 5 on duty, 1 for standby for Phase III including 1 boiler for future flex area. Each unit will be sized at 1350KW. Natural gas will be fuel for boilers full operation with maximum usage natural gas fired rate of 144CMH each, and oil is the alternative fuel for standby
在锅炉房中设置6台锅炉供热,三期为5用一备,每台1350KW。其中包括考虑到将来Flex 区的扩展将增设一台锅炉. 天然气为锅炉运行的燃料,最大天然气耗量为每台144CMH。
6 constant speed duty and standby pumps are provided to supply 80=C Supply and 60=C Return water, which controlled by the BMS system as shown in hot water schematic drawing. 1pump is for future flex area expansion.
提供包含备用在内的6台定频热水泵,由中央监控系统控制提供80=C 供水/60=C 回水,参阅热水系统图。其中包括Flex 区的扩展的一台水泵.
Hot water heating system will be a two pipe forced circulation system. The hot water circulating system will include hot water boilers, sealed expansion vessel, chemical dosing tank and hot water circulating pumps, together with piping, accessories and controls.
热水供水系统采用两管制机械循环系统,包括热水锅炉、闭式膨胀水箱,热水循环泵,配管,附件、控制元件以及化学投药罐
Hot water will be provided to the following heating unit:
1) Heating coils in AHUs, RCUs and MAUs for production building.
2) Heat exchangers for Process equipment-RODI and Preheat soft water.
热水供至以下设备
1) 生产厂房空调箱内AHUs, RCUs and MAUs的热盘管。
2) 工艺设备(RODI和 软水预热)的热交换器.
Hot water boilers are controlled by temperature sensor installed in hot water return pipe.
热水锅炉由安装于热水回水管上的温度传感器控制。
5.5.5.2 Requirements for Hot Water热水系统的要求
After calculation, the estimated total heating capacity for Plant III is shown below:

5.5.5.3 System Design Criteria系统设计参数
Boiler Capacity
动力厂房锅炉容量
6 x @ 1,350 kW, 5 duty 1 standby , (1 for future flex area expansion)
五用一备. (一台锅炉为flex区扩展)
Hot water pump
动力厂房热水循环泵
6 x @60 m3/h, 5 duty 1 standby, (1 for future flex area expansion)
五用一备. (一台水泵为flex区扩展)

5.5.5.4 System Component系统组件
Boiler to be packaged, shop assembled hot water unit complete with:
1) Forced draft blower with inlet air pressure sensor and volume control valve
2) Burner including pressure regulating devices, gas volume controls, solenoid shutoff valve, High & low pressure sensors and oil pump
3) All required instrumentation and controls
4) Unit control panel
5) Boiler safety valves
6) Stack thermometer
7) Burner management system including flame supervision with associated instrumentation and controls.
8) Boilers should be equipped with adequate combustion safety controls such as SSOV (Safety Shut Off Valves), fuel pressure switches, flame detection, and combustion air detection, etc. should be provided as per FM requirement.
锅炉应出厂前安装完毕,主要部件包括:
1) 带压力感测器和流量控制阀的鼓风机.
2) 带调压装置,燃气流量控制电磁关断阀的天燃气燃烧器以及供油泵。
3) 必要的仪器和控制元件
4) 控制屏
5) 锅炉安全阀
6) 烟囱温度计
7) 燃烧器管理系统包括火焰监测器及相关仪器和控制元件.
8) 热水锅炉应配备相关部件以符合FM 的要求,比如安全关断阀,燃料压力开关,火焰探测以及燃烧空气探测等.
Hot water Pumps:
1) Pumps will be single stage, end suction centrifugal type, constant speed complete with motor, cast-iron casing, bronze impeller, seals, casing and impeller wearing rings, cast-iron or steel base, stainless steel shaft supported on couplings.
2) Mechanical seals will be provided for hot water pumps.
3) All pump motor selections will be based on non-overloading through the full range of the pump curve
热水泵
1) 热水泵为单级单吸式定速离心泵,包括马达,铸铁外壳,青铜叶轮,油封,壳体和叶轮耐磨环,铸铁或钢基,不锈钢轴及联轴器。
2) 设置热水泵机械密封.
3) 水泵马达的选择需在水泵特性曲线的全部范围内不过载。
Sealed expansion tanks and 1 water circulation water pumps with the function of thermal expansion, pressure maintenance, deaeration and water makeup.
闭式膨胀水箱及1台热水循环水泵用以定压,除气,补水及容纳膨胀水。
Chemical water treatment tank. 化学水处理罐
Separated steel stack for steam boiler exhaust in boiler room with relief damper, stack height meet the related local code.
锅炉房内设置锅炉专用金属烟道,每个烟道上设置防爆门,烟道高度符合相关规范。
Valve station for every AC unit, equipped with strainer, butterfly or ball valves, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, balance valve and pneumatic control valve which controlled by temperature sensor in served area.
每台空调设备前设置阀站,阀站包括过滤器,蝶阀或球阀,压力表,温度计,平衡阀以及气动温控阀,温控阀由安装在所控区域内的温度传感器控制。
Hot water pipe shall be seamless carbon steel with fibreglass + Fire protection paint + aluminium foil(fire resistant, self-extinguish) insulation, and the outside hot water pipe shall be seamless carbon steel with fiberglass +Aluminium foil +Aluminium sheet(0.5mm) insulation, complete with valves & fittings.
热水管道应为无缝碳钢管并应用玻璃丝棉+防火漆+自熄型铝箔保温,室外热水管道为无缝碳钢管及玻璃丝棉+铝箔+铝板(0.5mm)保温,也包括所有阀门及管件。
The make-up water for the system will be soft water.
系统的补给水为软水。
All required instrumentation & control including control valves.
所需的控制仪器配件包括控制阀。
Provide make-up air supply lover in the exterior wall for each boiler.
在锅炉房外墙为每台锅炉设置新风百叶.
